Mike was punctual, communicative and courteous. I appreciated that he made sure I knew he was willing to go into as much detail as I wanted. But the abbreviated version was perfect for me. It’s sometimes a looooot of paperwork to go through but he made sure to give me a quick synopsis of every page I had to initial and/or sign. He also went back through the stack of documents while I was still with him in order to correct any initials/signatures that were missed. This is great because it sucks to find out days later if something was missed which can just delay your process. So overall, Mike was wonderful and I would highly recommend!! Less

Mike contacted me a few days before we were to meet. He went over everything that we would do and confirmed all of the information. When he called I was unable to answer the phone but he texted also making it easier for me to get back in touch as soon as I could. He arrived at our house a few minutes early, was dressed very professional and well prepared. Although we have multiple indoor cats and dogs he got along well them not to mention he was super easy for us to get along with. We had good conversations during the process. Speaking of the process, it went quickly because he was organized and able to quickly and clearly explain the forms. We discussed random topics in between. The process felt as though it went faster than it did. He contacted us within about an hour after completion letting us know the forms were uploaded and sent to our lender and they were currently being FedExd and should arrive by tomorrow.
