Dave finished the trim (caulking, painting) and stained the exterior fence. Both look amazing, will update pictures shortly. Very reasonably priced, great communication and quick and professional work!

Could not find a more Hard working and dedicated person who is very knowledgeable and stand by the quality work he performs.

Simply put: After the work is done… and looking at it; you’ll never need someone else to go back and “ fix it”.

These guys have done work at my house. Not only did they do a good job, but they helped out with small details, changing hardware, advising on colors, etc.I would happily recommend them

Dave is the best! He has done several jobs for my home and I am never disappointed. He has great attention for detail, always answers in such a timely manner, and his customer care is beyond amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

Dave (Southern Traditions Property Management) is a rare find. His 25 years of knowledge and expertise is invaluable. Dave has completed several jobs at my house on Whitemarsh Island. Exterior painting and repair, swim spa refinishing, and complete repainting of the house interior. Dave has helped me with my color selection and has indulged my decision making. His craftsmanship is excellent and his prices are fair. He communicates with me and works with my schedule. And as a bonus, he made friends with my dog, who is the real “property manager “ of this house! I highly recommend Dave, and Southern Traditions Property Management.

I hired David Schwieder and his company for an addition that required repairing existing drywall, finishing it, and completing all the painting. The results were excellent. David was always on time, professional, and accurate with his estimate. His pricing was fair and competitive, but the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The drywall repairs were seamless, the finishing was clean, and the paintwork looked perfect.I would confidently recommend David Schwieder to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled painting and drywall contractor.

Very professional and excellent work!
