This company was fantastic. They came out same day, because it was so hot. Tim was very nice and even though we needed to replace the unit, he was able to temporarily fix the problem so we could cool the house until the new unit arrived. The whole process was smooth.

Very dependable and great communication!

Tim and his team came out to the house and fixed my AC unit. It was in the garage. The line set had to be replaced that ran through the attic. I had other companies tell me they couldn’t do it or is a ridiculous amount of money. Tim gave me a reasonable quote and got started on the job right away. We did run into a snag, but they told me what the problem was we overnighted the part and they had it fixed the next day. The communication and service through the whole process was top-notch in my eyes! Give Dependable A/C an opportunity to repair your system, and you won’t regret it.

OK, the first thing is the price I received from Tim at Dependable Air was the lowest I found from six other quotes I received and that was important but the best was yet to come. I hired Tim and his team to install two mini split units in my home shop. They did an awesome job from start to finish. I can truly recommend them for any thing Air/Heat related.
