Very dependable and great communication!

Tim and his team came out to the house and fixed my AC unit. It was in the garage. The line set had to be replaced that ran through the attic. I had other companies tell me they couldn’t do it or is a ridiculous amount of money. Tim gave me a reasonable quote and got started on the job right away. We did run into a snag, but they told me what the problem was we overnighted the part and they had it fixed the next day. The communication and service through the whole process was top-notch in my eyes! Give Dependable A/C an opportunity to repair your system, and you won’t regret it.

OK, the first thing is the price I received from Tim at Dependable Air was the lowest I found from six other quotes I received and that was important but the best was yet to come. I hired Tim and his team to install two mini split units in my home shop. They did an awesome job from start to finish. I can truly recommend them for any thing Air/Heat related.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job. They tore out my upstairs exchange unit, And install the new exchange coil pack blower unit. It was a Five ton Trane. They started at 8 AM finished at 12:30.It turned out spectacular it's running right now and it's so quiet I can't even hear it it's just beautiful cool air. Thank you very much for doing such a great job clean up everything perfect. The pricing was very competitive and very affordable I highly recommend them for any AC job.

Tim installed an ACPro HVAC system for our condo. His price was reasonable and he went above and beyond making sure that a new filter was installed (did not come with the unit) and new batteries in the digital thermostat (that didn't come with batteries either). His was the only company out of the three I interviewed that asked me what my needs were and offered a couple of different budget friendly systems. I highly recommend Dependable Air! Plus they offer a two year labor warranty rather than the usual one year.

Had them come out, and from the moment we spoke on the phone, their communication and knowledge were second to none. I will definitely use them from here on out and would strongly recommend them!

I just had Tim come and installed a new smart thermostat that I tried to have installed last year from another company and they just threw their hands up and said I didn't have the proper wiring. Tim and his crew were very helpful when my ac unexpectedly stopped running in the middle of a heat wave!Called Tim who had done some work for me before and he immediately came out that day to do a service call. Unfortunately my 15 year old unit needed to be replaced, Tim gave me very competitive quotes on several options and scheduled the work several days later while we were out of town. He replaced the unit and when I returned the unit was up and running and working beautifully! Recommend highly!

I have used Tim for years.In my old house I had him check the A/C every spring to make sure it would be OK for the summer. He used to tell me if I replaced the system I would save $100 to $200 per month. I thought “yeh, yeh, right.” Finally after the refrigerant (R22). could not be produced any more, I said yes replace both units. He was right, my electric bills dropped $100 to $200 per month.I just had him replace the three units in my new house this week. Tim was the technician that was sent out to inspect our ac system. Tim was very professional and listened patiently as he asked what our concerns were. He checked it out, and came back with the problem. He gave us a couple of options that were not overwhelming and discussed all those options with us. Tim did not pressure us to buy anything or make us feel like we have to make any decisions now. My husband and I did have services done, and it was a much more reasonable price than we expected.
