Erica has been an amazing, upbeat, and encouraging coach! She has also been especially helpful with injury recovery and prevention! I’ve been training with her for several months decreasing my half marathon time by almost ten minutes and I look forward to running more PRs with her help this year!

Erica is simply amazing. She really cares about each person she meets and definitely the best coach I EVER met! ;) Erica is the BEST!! 100% recommend her to every person on this planet!!!

Such a knowledgeable runner/coach and a really great person too, who will bring out the best to help you achieve your goals. She is energetic, fun, and inspiring as she herself is seconds from Olympic Trials Qualifying time for the marathon. I recommend her training plans to anyone looking to improve their fitness, running, and lifestyle as a whole. Her training plans really are second to none!!!
