These workouts are legit! They are designed for individuals of any skill level and have an active coach that travels the room to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly, with good form. Each movement is modifiable to allow you to get your workout in without the pain. Their focus on functional movements makes the workouts fun and versatile. Highly recommend as a sports chiropractor!

So glad I found MVMT lab for my aunt who was looking to lose weight and increase her function. She was having trouble getting up and down from the floor, and carrying groceries up the stairs. Now she nearly runs up the stairs, and has no problem playing on the floor with my nieces! I highly recommend!

I am so thankful a friend introduced me to MVMT LAB (formerly F45)! I have been working out with this group for seven months and am absolutely hooked. I can’t imagine my life without it. I was terrified the first time I went, but everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I love the variety and challenge of the workouts and the results! The trainers are top notch, very knowledgeable, approachable, and love to have fun during the workout. You get a ton of individual attention during every workout.
