these guys were honestly such a pleasure to work with, I almost chanced it with Jiffy Lube, I just needed an oil change done, but it’s honestly been a while since my vehicles got serviced. They didn’t take advantage of me, They let me see the underside of my car once complete.. They honestly treat you like family.what is the more impressive is they got me in and out and about an hour and a half with new tires. I was gonna wait on Costco. I didn’t feel pressured Just notified that I needed to get specific things taken care of. After thinking about throwing on Michelin’s, they showed me that regarding tire brand the tire size/model matters more And that I should look at the rating. For my car, Perelli’s are a much better choice… If you’re on the lookout for a good family shop, This is the spot. They threw discounts on me for my first time too! Thanks Joe.

They are the worst!! They tried to charge me $99 for new gasket (oil) and $650 for labor!! I just got it fixed by a trusted company. Make a problem was a screw loose on the bottom of the gasket that's why it was leaking!! This company is nothing but a rip-off!!

I originally purchased a Groupon for another repair shop, but when I arrived more than two hours before they closed, they told me they could not fit me in. Honestly, I am now glad they turned me away because it led me to this wonderful place.I found Star Quick Lube through Groupon and called to ask if they could take me for an oil change. They told me to come right over and fit me in without making me feel like an inconvenience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and respect.Mike went above and beyond to help me. He completed my oil change, carefully explained the repairs my car may need in the future, and made sure I understood everything without pressuring me to have additional work done immediately. He was honest and informative, and I never felt like he was trying to nickel and dime me or take advantage of me.Mike also noticed that the battery cover on my car was in terrible condition and was not even the correct one for my vehicle. It had been installed by a different repair shop. He replaced it for me and made sure everything was properly taken care of. Good trusting and reputable business. Joe is a good guy who won't oversell you on things you don't need. I went here for an oil change and also needed a new battery. Joe, Mike, and Mo are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever met. Their customer service is impeccable, and they are thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars!I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They installed a new radiator reservoir, performed a radiator flush, and replaced my valve covers. I cant say enough great things about this auto shop!! I had made an appointment to bring my car in for its 75k service and new rear brakes ( received quotes from two other locations). When I arrived, I was greeted by Joe who immediately made me feel welcome. He listened to exactly what I was needing and ensured me that it would all be taken care of at a fair price. He provided an estimate that was easy to understand and something I could afford with a finance plan I could apply for that day. He also said that he would use the best quality brakes available. I was also very taken back by the attentiveness of the entire staff and received updates from Joe the whole way thru. I came back the next day to pick up my car and it runs brand new. I had heard people talk of this place, but had never been. I am so glad I did! Many thanks to Quick Star for an amazing experience and the fact you made me feel like you truly cared. Very friendly Lebanese guys, fair prices, very fast, and always polite. Hassan (AKA Joe—very nice to chat with him) is a very friendly guy and very reliable. I bought a used car (a 2011 Honda Accord) in good condition from a dealer, and 3 months later an orange light came up on my screen, so I went to them, and Hassan told me that the oil was low (15%) and needed to be changed; the coolant/antifreeze was still from when the car was bought; the spark plugs needed to be replaced; the air filter was dirty; the brake fluid was murky and dark; and the rubber on the windshield wiper was dry and not functioning properly (I hope it was all necessary—I just want to be a loyal customer to them). I don't want to be disappointed with the shop. Great shop! They flushed the old coolant/antifreeze and replaced it with a new coolant/antifreeze; they flushed the old brake fluids and put a new fluid in; they replaced the spark plugs, changed the rubber on the windshield wipers, and changed the air filter. When I arrived, Ali noticed that a bulb in one of the back flashlights was burned. Hassan (AKA Joe) changed it for free.I think they are fair guys, and I recommend them. Very fast workers. The shop is clean and very organized, and the office is comfy if you need to wait for the service to be done. I am sure they want to keep their great reputation clean, be honest, and keep offering great service because what comes around goes around. They are fast & great! شكرًا لك

I reached out to this shop before purchasing their Groupon for a full synthetic oil change to confirm pricing for my 2021 Volvo XC60 (which uses 0W-20, clearly listed as included in the deal).I was told the Groupon would NOT be honored for my vehicle because it’s a “European car with a skid plate,” and was instead quoted $137.78 out the door.I’ve used Groupons for oil changes multiple times in the past (and know many others who have as well), and I’ve never been told a standard vehicle like this isn’t eligible for a full synthetic option—especially when the required oil type is explicitly included in the listing.There is nothing in the Groupon terms that mentions exclusions for European vehicles or skid plates, so this was confusing and felt misleading. Being told the deal doesn’t apply and being pushed to full price defeats the purpose of the promotion.I’d recommend confirming details in advance before purchasing.
