This team was amazing to work with. After the unfortunate event of our scheduled movers backing out of deal IN our driveway, Pryority movers were called at 5:30pm--got a team of together to make the >2 hour drive to our home. You would have thought it was 12p and not 12am when they arrived and got right to work!!! Kind, courteous, and professional despite the wee hours of the morning!!! Everything was loaded and will be store in their warehouse until we can accept at our new destination, already scheduled and arranged. I saw this owner and team come together in an emergency--our emergency, not their own--and they were outstanding!!! Highly recommend them to be your first call!!! Less

She said yes, then they proceeded to say the had called her and she didn’t answer. This was in fact not true, she had her phone with her the entire time and didn’t any missed calls. They finally at approximately 9:07 pm. They didn’t wrap any of her furniture for protection. When the arrived at hew new address they were extremely hurried. I made a comment to the owner that they needed to slow down, because when you hurry mistakes are made. Not more than 10 minutes had passed and as they were bringing in her unwrapped fridge one of the two younger movers pushed the fridge while the other person was holding it and it banged poking a small hole it the freshly painted wall. Once they had left we went into the bedroom to set up her furniture and found the following damage: 1. The dresser was on its side and the board and wood dowel had been snapped. 2. A hole was punctured in the back of the other dresser. 3. Her less than 3 month old fridge had multiple dents and scratches. The owner said he would be back the next day to patch the hole in the wall. He didn’t show up or call. My daughter reached out to them again via text and he set up an appoint for between 8am-10am. He did another no show no call. I would highly recommend you NOT use this company! NOT professional and did not manage customer expectations! Less

I got a 65 inch tv from BestBuy and they sent it through these guys. It's an efficient delivery service. Asked me when I would be available to receive the package and came on time. Handled the tv with care while they moved it into the living room. No complaints.... More
