UPDATED 10/3/26DO NOT HIRE THIS BOOTLEG BUSINESS.DO NOT GIVE THIS CLOWN CASH BECAUSE HE WILL PROMISE TO SEND AN "INVOICE" VIA EMAIL AND IT WON'T EVER COME. Then he finally called back yet again with a million excuses as to WHY the carpet is still wet DAYS later! To add insult to injury, this clown tell me I have a nasty attitude, as IF I shouldn't. He showed up with my Mama's carpet cleaner from 1997 talking about cleaning the carpet! If he knew his machine wasn't sucking up water properly he should have stopped the service. In his mind he's done nothing wrong. He tell me he will refund half, I said ok that's fair! He said I'll send it in 5/6 hours because he's driving but he finds time while driving to text me that I have a nasty attitude. Come Monday I'm filing a lawsuit against him for my carpet and all wet items. He hadn't seen a nasty attitude yet. In fact, I was quite nice bruh.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW.So this is a review that I'm really sad to leave because I absolutely believe in supporting our own. This is going to be a mixed review so here we go. Yes they were easy to book, he showed up a little bit past the intended time but he did communicate so I was okay with that. I'm waiting for the hoses to come out of the truck and get going, no hoses ever came out of the truck. He brought in a handheld machine, use my hot water in my tub, he had to empty the water outside and left the carpet soaking wet! He calls me the next day and asked was I satisfied with his service? I said the carpet looks clean but it is saturated with water, he said that he was trying to rectify that problem because he didn't realize until afterwards that his machine that sucks up the water was not working properly. He came back on yesterday to suck up the excess water. He said that the floor would be dry within 3 to 4 hours, it is now 24 hours later and the floor still isn't dry.So I reached out to him via text message to let him know that the carpet was still wet! I will post his excuse with this review. The house now smells worse because now you have a house full of wet carpet and a bunch of wet personal items that possibly can't be used. No furniture can be brought up the house yet because of excessive wetness. After he gave me his excuse, it infuriated me that he blamed the carpet being dirty as the reason it was still wet! I've then fairly requested all or half of my money back so I can hire a real company because this is some N mess he got going on and presented as professional. He never responded. So now it looks like I need to call the better Business bureau or somebody that will make a difference in this outcome. Then he left his clothing behind, they were put on the porch yesterday and as of today,he has never come for his belongings.I am inclined to say that the A and the b in the name stands for ALL BS. As black owned businesses you can't cut corners and use residential carpet cleaner and use Walmart product and call it professional job and charge a professional price. I could have went and rented the same carpet cleaner and done this myself. Some black businesses make it hard for you to support your own. He had two chances and I'm still not satisfied.UPDATE 10/3/26THE CARPET WAS CLEANED ON A TUESDAY IT IS NOW SATURDAY THE CARPET IS STILL WET, THE GUY AARON HAS A MILLION EXCUSES WHY THE CARPET IS STILL WET AND THE HOUSE IS BEGINNING TO STINK WORSE. AND THIS GUY HASN'T RESPONDED TO ANY MORE TEXT SINCE HIS LAST EXCUSE. HIS BELONGINGS IS STILL SITTING ON THE PORCH THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 🥷🏾💩 and I question the validity of these reviews because he's asking customers to leave a review. We're not just coming on here leaving review on our own he's begging for reviews. He advertised that deodorizer came with service, I didn't anything! Boot leg business carpet cleaner. Next I will post a live video. FURNITURE CAN'T BE MOVED IN YET DUE TO THE CARPET STILL BEING WET. 11:33 AM 10/3/26 this dude still hasn't responded.
