It’s nerve-racking when you don’t get to see the original doctor you did on your first visit but Dr Sohail is so caring and so knowledgeable! They also have THE BEST medical techs there are!!! Hector, and Josh are my husband’s usual medical techs. I CANNOT say enough about these guys!! They are ALWAYS professional, positive, friendly, welcoming, they listen attentively, and they offer advice! If they don’t know the answer to questions, they ask the doctor and get back to us. ****WARNING FOLKS***** This place is a scam. I've been going here almost a year & a half. At first, after initial payment of almost $11K---I was feeling small improvements, but now I know it wasn't from their laser therapy. That's just the way neuropathy works...(ups & downs). Insurance won't cover this, because it's not FDA approved. After the first 4 months of going twice a week...I started their longevity plan, which I was explained & given paperwork was $199 a month for 2 visits a month or $285 a month for 4 clinic visits. I did this for a while---it wasn't working...in fact, I was getting worse. I then went on vacation for 2 months & got back & had stabilized, so I didn't return to the clinic for another couple of months. Then, I started having more numbness in my legs, so I thought I'd go back for a while, only to learn that they jacked the price up to $2,560 for two months---a huge increase. To me, that was a breach in my contract, because I had been told it was either $199 or $285. Nonetheless, I signed up for another 2 months, going twice a week. I was paying all this money and NOT improving at all & doing my proper diet. So, frustrated, I started talking to other patients. I was hearing the same thing from almost every one I engaged with. Lots of frustration from others with most saying they were about to stop coming. Well, the office staff heard this, and flipped out. Hector came in & said why are you talking to others about your treatment---you're just making my job harder. I said, hows that? He was yelling & it was quite an ugly scene. I told Dr. Thai about it & that the 1st amendment is all about freedom of speech--& I didn't sign a waver on not speaking to other patients....So, end of story. He gave me a refund check & said no more for you---this place is not for you. I wasn't really upset because I was only going to do 4 more visits to finish out what i'd paid for. The refund check of $2,560 was for me to shut up & go away. I encountered a lot of shadiness here at this clinic. All the testimonials are 5 stars.....which is a joke in of itself. The staff was constantly turning over. Prior office mgr. Summer entered 2 testimonials. Yes---his employees writing reviews on the website. Dr. Thai is very nice----but, HE'S A SNAKE OIL SALESMAN! One of the lasers was not working properly...(blue room) When the techs used it on my feet & calves I could hardly feel it--but 1 day the tech burned by calves, & I asked what the heck was happening; he told me the yellow room laser works correctly---but the blue room laser doesn't put out nearly the same energy. (always on same setting for me last few months.) Folks, that is TRAGIC!! There were always faulty equipment issues....i.e. velcro straps worn out so the equip. would fall off of your feet. Keep your money or go elsewhere------they claim they can eradicate your neuropathy with this laser therapy, but it's all hogwash. I did not but they assured me it was fine and normal. I decided to sign up for the treatments and pay my $8,000+ in fees by check to get the discount. (they do not accept insurance) At the appointments, there was never an explanation on what they were doing, what the red lights were for etc… I just sat there with lights hooked up until the timer went off then one of the team would either change the light therapy to something else or tell me to follow them to another room for more light therapy and a laser treatment. Every appointment they would ask do you feel any tingling and my answer was always no. Every appointment was the same. I started asking questions about their training qualifications, they had none accept learning how to put the light gadgets on people and use the laser wand. They were very nice to me but these are kids with no training what so ever. I was told some things about certain staff and a patient that probably shouldn’t have been spoken about, especially to another patient. At the end of my 12 weeks or whatever it was, I told the manager and the doctor on staff I wasn’t coming back for anything additional because it did nothing for me. This doctor was very nice, just not sure what she was supposed to do. We would talk but there was never a change up in my therapy or suggestions other than drink an oxygen hydration drink. They assured me they would call me and we could come up with something. Never received a call! By the way, I met the owner (the one in all the ads and on tv) one time when I asked to speak to him after seeing him in the office. (The only time I saw him in the office) He held my hands and assured me he would help me. Nope, never heard from him or saw him again. Look, I’m glad it helped certain people but at the end of the day, I’m not sure this light therapy is for someone with severe neuropathy. Just to update my prior post, I just talked to a neuropathy center in Ft worth who confirmed they would NEVER have ignored the fact that I smoke (on my patient enrollment forms) and it DEFINITELY affects healing. This clinic NEVER mentioned it and said they were waiting for me to get rid of the stress in my life--HOW EXACTLY WERE THEY PLANNING TO DO THAT i WONDER??? THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE STRESS IS AND THEIR SCAM WAS CREATING MORE STRESS. 13 treatments over 6 weeks and I have NO relief whatsoever. Ibuprofin works better! I understand several people have had some good results and I'm happy they have but I also spoke to some folks in the waiting room who had VERY LIMITED relief and it costs upwards of $4000 (no insurance taken). Please check one of the other centers, they are much more reputable!! These people only care about the money. They clearly do not believe or fear a living God who sees their schemes! Less

I was told from the start of a clear cut program and what it entailed. I started my program and saw results within the first 3 visits. From the time you enter the facility, this particular person will not acknowledge your presence when you greet them with a simple “good morning”. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! My 76 year old father developed neuropathy after a foot injury in March of 2020. After several doctors we visited in San Antonio, we were informed that nothing could be done because he had an underlying condition of diabetes. The best they said they could do was prescribe a pain killer called Gabapentin. They said nothing could be done except injections that they tried but also caused more pain. Gabapentin works for pain, but it is only a band-aide as the pain comes back and the medicine then has to be increased. Also, we didn’t want him to be on in for long because of the bad side effects as it can cause memory loss. After much research, I came across this clinic after watching an episode of Good Morning America. Dr. Thai seemed to be the answer we were looking for. I live in Dallas and my dad lives in San Antonio and he hates to travel anywhere, so I knew the pain was bad when he agree to come. He didn’t want to lose his foot, neuropathy can lead to amputation if not treated. Over Christmas, I made him a virtual appointment which then led to a consultation in Dallas. After the trial treatment, my dad felt so much better! It was amazing, I hadn’t seen him so happy in months. We are only eleven treatments in, and there has been significant improvements! He is walking normally again, he has reduced his medication which by the end we hope to be off of. This treatment is not invasive and the staff here treats you like family. Needless to say, that really caught my interest and I called the number that was on the Screen. After about an hour, someone from the Advanced Nerve and Health Center returned my call. The team set up a zoom call interview with with my mother, and from the interview they determined that she should come in for treatment. After the first three weeks, my mother's pain was almost completely gone. She has been in treatment now for about three months, and she doesn't have any more neuropathy pain. My mother was walking very bent over, but now she is walking more erect. She is constantly improving in her overall health. Her nerves in her extremities are being repaired and renewed. Sometimes the nerve shocks would last 24 to 36 hours at a time. I was determined not to become dependent on hydrocodone, which appeared to be the only thing left in the medical toolbox. About this time, I heard of Dr. Thai. I was skeptical but set up an appointment to be evaluated. Dr. Thai seemed confident that his protocol could help. My husband has suffered for years with neck pain. After seeing Dr. Thai on the Good Morning Texas show I set up an appointment for the free consultation that Dr. Thai advertises on the show. Be AWARE...this is NOT a free consultation. Dr. Thai assesses many of his potential patients with a $99 laser test. No one in his office made that none to use prior to the visit. I like to know up front what is to be expected and they shouldn’t say it’s free if there is a cost for the test that is an instrumental part of the diagnosis process. They really build the test up to sound like it will do wonders. Which makes you think it would be worth the $99. However, the test seemed very simplistic and fell short of our expectations. We left the appointment feeling scammed. I believe he is raking in lots of money from unsuspecting patients who are desperate for help. When I complained he made no attempt to refund even a partial amount of the $99. I believe we are not the only ones leaving his office feeling his way. After seeing him again today on the Good Morning Texas show I was promoted to finally leave a review. I hope this helps someone else. Less

For the first time in two decades I can lay flat on my back without an unbearable pain in my lower back. My stress level has dropped dramatically as I no longer have constant tension between my shoulder blades (and I am in an over all better mood). It is crazy how much pain you can "get used too" but not realize how miserable it is making your life on a daily basis. These guys are the best. Less

After first week of trial period, I was not feeling that it was working for me, but I was convinced to stay the course. I am glad I did since my symptoms have lessened and I no longer require medication. The staff is very attentive to my well being and seem to know what they are doing. Today I received my third treatment. I am happy to say that this week was great. Each night I've been able to sleep longer without waking up every hour screaming to the top of my lungs due to the cramping and pain in both legs. I was also able to wash the dishes without having to sit down every few minutes. This has been a huge improvement for me. Thank you Dr. Thai and your wonderful staff. ... More

Today I received my third treatment. I am happy to say that this week was great. Dr Thai has basically saved my life from being wheelchair bound. Now I can walk without any assistance in just give months. I CAN EVEN DANCE AND BOWL!
