Ken promptly arrived and assessed the systems. Low refrigerant, refrigerant is obsolete but he had some. Probably will be replacing systems next year, I will definitely call Ken for the job. I really appreciated the quick service.

Ken was great! He was prompt and professional and fixed our unit in a day. He was very courteous in trying to keep things clean, help us pick out appropriate air filters, and explain why we were having the different issues we were having. We are very pleased with the experience and happy to know we now have a new HVAC guy after our last one was bought out and no longer provided this level of quality service!

When my 2004 AC unit stopped working right at the start of summer, I honestly thought I was going to have to replace the whole system. Thankfully, I called Ken Moss at AJAX. From the moment he arrived, it was obvious that his HVAC skills were elite. He diagnosed the problem real fast and found the wire connections just needed to be cleaned and reconnected, along with replacing a couple of minor parts. Before I knew it, my AC was running like new again. A lot of technicians probably would have tried to sell me a brand-new unit, but Ken only recommended what I actually needed. It was apparent right away that Ken Moss has an elite skillset with mechanical and HVAC. I have a 2004 AC unit at my house and it went down right at the staft of summer. Ken was able to quickly trouble shoot it and found that the wire connections needed cleaning and reconnection. Any other tech would have pushed for a replacement unit that would cost me an arm and a leg. Ken replaced a few minor parts, cleaned it up, and got it running just like new. If I needed a new unit, he would have told me so and set that up too. His transparency and efficient work is why I recommend AJAX to all of my friends and family. absolutely happy with Ken's work. I bought a package unit from a supply house and couldn't get it installed to save my soul. Met Ken and he came out and looked over my unit, then spent about an hour mapping out the whole project. He explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. I must say, I had a few other ideas which apparently were way overkill. He did the math and told me his layout. Long story short, he spent two days putting in all brand new ductwork and got us going. Very friendly, explained every detail. And now my house is very comfortable. Great guy. And thorough Work.

Ajax HVAC responded very quickly to my Yelp request. They got me up and running while a new blower motor was ordered. In addition they looked at the outside AC unit and did some preventative maintenance adding a little more freon. In addition to installing the new blower motor they cleaned the coils which helped the AC perform more efficiently. Given that the furnace is original (25 years old) I got some good advice on issues that may arise in the future and what the lookout for. I feel I was fairly charged for the work that was performed. I now have my HVAC guy for any future work.

I have had a few companies come out for maintenance over the years and all of them were reluctant to work on it and would tell me to replace the system. I saw Ken's Truck at the store and asked him if he could take a look at my system and he came out the very next day. He did a maintenance to the AC where he actually cleaned it, then he gave his recommend fixes to keep it running. He replaced the fan and added some Freon and now it's running better than ever! It has never run this cold and quite in the 7 years I've owned this house! I will definitely use Ajax again
