I had to mention the exceptional customer service I received from Josh and his team. I had a hidden window that got missed and I didn’t recognize it for over a week. One text to them with no questions asked and they were back the next day. I was very impressed with their purified water method of washing as the windows are spotless. Thanks Josh and team!

Although I had to postpone the actual service to the next season, my experience with the Elk's window cleaning so far has been excellent. The communication was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout the booking process. They were very understanding and flexible when my schedule changed, which I really appreciated.
