We had a wonderful experience with our inspector, Luisa! She was thorough but timely. She happily answered any questions we had and explained little things here and there to make sure we understood everything that was going on in real time. She found a hole in the roof that would’ve been a major issue for us if not discovered when it was. This company uses up to date technology like infrared scanning to find stuff that could be easily missed. From start to finish, our experience was simple, quick, satisfactory!

I needed a 4pt and wind mit inspection. First company I called said they do NOT inspect addresses on the beach after 12 noon. Unfortunately the only stipulation on my end was needing to be at or after 12 per home owners request so I went to company #2 and gave them the one stipulation and left the day and time up to them. They set it up for following Monday @ 1pm. The Friday before they sent an email at 3pm saying the Monday appointment wouldn't work for them anymore and needed to reschedule..... This led me to ELITE INSPECTIONS. Called them and within 24 hours I had a Wind mitigation and 4 point inspection in my email. Well done- good old fashion customer service. Thank you.
