Elite Property Inspectors did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price in inspecting a vacation home we are purchasing in Florida. Communication was excellent, work was performed in a timely manner, and the reports were very detailed and provided in 24 hours.

Luisa was great, did a quick reschedule for us because power was out due to Isaias. Got us inspected the morning after the power came back on. Thank you Luisa

The absolute best home inspector I have ever dealt with on multiple different inspections. But this one truly is , number one , you can't go wrong for a 4 point home inspection.

Great job and service. We needed a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection. All completed the same day for our insurance company. Thank you for prompt service!

Chris arrived promptly and had a friendly and professional demeanor. I had one or two questions regarding items I was concerned with, regarding a property I was considering for purchase. I received the report the following day. It was pretty comprehensive and even showed the nice little squirrel family living in the attic!...Thanks Chris!
