Pedro and his team were amazing! From quote to finished product it was less than two weeks. And part of that was just me deciding on a final color scheme. His crew could be trusted to let themselves in and lock up each day. They painted both the interior and exterior of my commercial building, and the end result looks great. Perez Painting provided fast and thorough work. They quickly removed the old bathroom tile and wall paper, replaced large areas with drywall. The painting of those areas was excellent. Clean up was quick and complete. The team worked well together making sure to cause limited down time of the room being renovated. Prices were quite reasonable.
