Patrick is an outstanding realtor. He's knowledgeable, listens well, no bullshit. I moved cross country to Bucks with a nearly impossible wishlist of features, location and price (not on purpose—I had no clue what I was walking into). Patrick was great. He was patient and meticulous in the search and aggressive in the offer. He knows the area well and the available houses right down to the studs. I scored a great house in my ideal location mostly within budget. I'd give ten stars if I could.

Patrick is a highly recommendable and fantastic realtor. I started with him back in September and he helped me all the way up to the final moments. Patrick is an experienced contractor so when we were touring housing he knew what to look out for whilst answering all my questions concerning infrastructure or lifespan of an A/C unit. Patrick also never pushed me to buy anything that I didn’t feel 100% confident on. He was totally comfortable walking through 15 houses with me until every box on my wish list was checked. Our Realtor Pat did a fantastic job to sell our house.
