Patrick is a highly recommendable and fantastic realtor. I started with him back in September and he helped me all the way up to the final moments. Patrick is an experienced contractor so when we were touring housing he knew what to look out for whilst answering all my questions concerning infrastructure or lifespan of an A/C unit. Patrick also never pushed me to buy anything that I didn’t feel 100% confident on. He was totally comfortable walking through 15 houses with me until every box on my wish list was checked.
