There is a strong focus on technique, and you can really feel your skills improving. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend CLDA!

I had my first Bachata private dance lesson with Laura Quiceno. My lesson was scheduled 6:15 - 7:15PM. After my lesson was my regular 7:30PM Salsa/Bachata class. I must say immediately! I noticed the difference. Laura teaching skills is illuminating. • Laura briefly discussed Derecho, Majao and Mambo. • Demonstrated how to get the most out of small steps. • How to get a general idea of a dancer skill level (beginner, intermediate or advanced.) • Make the preparation in advance before the tap. • •Look at the dancer in front of you for connection. This may help you stay out of your head, counting or thinking about the next move or step. In doing so you might just have some fun! 😃So YES! I will be scheduling another private bachata dance lesson 🕺🏾💃

This dance company is lovely. Much needed for the dance community in Columbus, which is growing by leaps and bounds! Everything they have been doing for the Salsa and Bachata community has been nothing short of amazing. And they are continuing to expand. Excited to see what they do in the future.
