I can’t recommend Laura highly enough she has the deepest understanding of how a dogs mind works and can provide you with the knowledge to correct undesirable behaviour, a deeper understanding and connection with your dog for the long term. She is very patient and clam moves at your pace and explains in detail her corrective methods. Training was great fun for me and my Labrador Ted who was a massive lead puller but no longer is due to Laura’s coaching of us both. Wow, wow, wow!! Laura is a magician disguised as a Dog Trainer. Laura’s support and advice from day one was so valuable and specific to our pups needs. She took time to understand our young reactive chihuahua (Mac) before any face to face sessions. To my disappointment, and true to form, Mac spent the whole of the first session barking (reacting) to Laura. However Laura helped me to understand that this was anxiety driven, he was struggling to control his emotions and that he wasn’t a ‘bad dog’. This was so reassuring and Laura gave me lots of information and strategies to help Mac overcome his fears. I understand Mac will need support with his anxieties long term, there is no quick fix however, by our final session Mac was able to engage and play games with both myself and Laura, loose lead walk with Laura (instead of trying to nip her leg) and I was able to help him come out of a state of high anxiety easily and quickly. Our journey has just begun and Laura has given me so many tools to help my little guy, I am so grateful and would highly recommend Laura to any struggling dog parents. Less

When we met Laura our sensitive little dog was scared of his own shadow and we were at a loss how to help him. Thoroughly recommend Laura, her methods are kind and effective. She explains everything, so that you in turn, understand why your dog is behaving as they are. The sessions were fun & interactive, and we have watched our lab/springer x puppy make fantastic progress with impulse control, loose lead walking, recall etc. Post session, Laura sends a breakdown of the lesson, so that you can practice the exercises at home.
