I went ahead and paid the full $400 with a promise of a refund of the $100 deposit ‘hold’. Only after reviewing my driveway camera video I noticed that there was no clay bar and only a single stage polish. The next day in the sun it was obvious that where were still lots of light swirls in the paint (maybe even more than before), and I called Stefano. He told me he would come back by with his son, take a look, and redo the job. Almost two months have gone by and I’ve gotten excuse after excuse and ultimately just ghosted me. No response to messages and calls. I even reached out to his son who said he is no longer working with Stefano and has moved out of state. I am pretty sure this business is a scam operating under multiple umbrellas because on Facebook their name has changed to Onyx Protective Technologies with a disconnected number. Bottom line - if you care about your car and know anything about detailing, stay away from Stefano and Ceramic Guyz. I bet half the reviews here are fake. Less
