Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. In fact, I had to take the owner to court just to get an agreed upon settlement that was due 09/02/25 and as of 10/21/25 is still unpaid. All of this because he damaged my vehicle and refused to pay for the repair. I now must file more documents with the courts because again he has proven himself untrustworthy. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, this IS NOT the company to do business with. Everything must go perfectly, or his conflict resolution is so poor that it could very well lead you to court. If I could give this business less stars I would. I will also be reporting this complaint to the BBB for their records as well. I tried to collaborate with the owner on numerous occasions before resorting to this, but he has left me no alternative. Future prospective clients beware.In your response, there is an evident absence of empathy. At no point did you recognize or mention the fact that there is an awarded judgment which remains both overdue and unpaid. This omission raises significant ethical concerns. You only attempted or offered me half the now awarded judgment after being served by the courts.Furthermore, the attempt to address this matter should never have been made without elite-level expertise. My "inquiry" should have been disregarded rather than entertained without proper qualification. It is unreasonable to believe that anyone in their right mind would authorize providing only a partial solution for a vehicle valued at over $90,000. This misjudgment is precisely why you conceded in court.While you may refer to your positive reviews, it is important to recognize that true character is revealed only when one faces challenges or adversity. There are numerous individuals who, despite maintaining a good status, have found themselves in serious trouble or negative circumstances after making a single poor decision. Therefore, your reviews do not truly reflect your true character; it is during difficult times that one's true nature is exposed.In closing, I am supposed to have an 8-year warranty, yet your final words to me are simply "wish you the best." This response is even more egregious as it, too, lacks any accountability, especially considering that I am only six months into a service for which I paid over $1,800. It is now apparent to me that, given the right circumstances, you would take advantage of any situation. Through your own admission, you likely will not be around much longer, which leaves customers like myself without warranty protection or long-term resolution.Future prospective clients beware!Still unpaid as of 1/30/26
