Ordered a large pizza from here tonight. Hands down the BEST pizza in the area. There are 2 other pizza places nearby, and they were no way near the standard of this place! First thing I noticed about this place was the high standard of cleanliness. It was spotlessly clean! I just hoped the food lived up to the same standard and it CERTAINLY did!! I'm quite a fussy eater so opted for the Margherita. I was particularly impressed that they included a garlic and herb dip (the others didn't). But the quality of the ingredients and the friendliness of staff will have me returning 100%! Young professional lad who took my order recommended the deep pan. He was right to do so. Sooo nice. Always buy from here. We get pizza, wraps all sorts. Pulled beef fries amazing. Even puddings, we get cookie doughs they're sooo nice. Plus if you order on justeat you get stamps to get discount. Delivery guy so nice too. Less

I have just had my first Rio’s order after several friends recommended, the food is amazing! The portion sizes are great and plenty of filling in the wraps. I pre-ordered ion the website for delivery on my lunch break and the order was delivered bang in time. I would 100% recommend this place ♥️ Less

I ordered a couple of burgers and some lamb chops as I couldn’t decide which to go for, and I tell you what I’ll be ordering them both again! They were delicious, full of flavour and arrived piping hot. I was so happy with my food I actually ordered some cookie dough an hour later for dessert! First experience of this place and food was amazing. To start with the food is amazing, I cannot fault it. We have ordered here quite a few times since not long after they first opened and never had any trouble. However, we ordered at the beginning of last month and I can safely say it's the last time. We ordered food, paid online and according to Just Eat was due to arrive at 22.30, after 22.45 we grew concerned. I checked Just Eat again and navigated the menus to find the option to call the restaurant, I called the restaurant at 22.57 specifically with no answer when the restaurant is supposed to close at 11pm. We were highly disappointed as by this time it was too late to order anything else. My girlfriend left a review on the Facebook explaining our food hadn't arrived. The next day my girlfriend has an inbox from Rio's, she was met with some attitude saying the driver delivered the food to the address we gave asif to say we was lieing and asked her to remove the review! After she replied again to explain we had not received the food, they asked what we suggest to do, so we said we of course wanted a refund and we asked for the driver to come out and point at which house he took the food to. They said they would do that but never did, they also said they would contact Just Eat regarding the refund and get back to us. After a few days we messaged them again to see if we was any further with the refund process, to which they told us they were waiting a call back from Just Eat. This went on until about day 10 where my girlfriend left a post on their Facebook explaining we was still waiting to hear about a refund, they asked her via messenger why she had posted that and said they got a call from Just Eat half an hour prior to this to confirm the refund was processed. During this time I had already decided to contact Just Eat directly myself and explained the situation via their live chat. Just Eat told me the investigation team will contact me regarding my refund and I asked them if the restaurant had contacted Just Eat regarding the matter. They told me no ticket had been created! Meaning that Rio's had NOT contacted Just Eat regarding the refund at all!! As a descent customer I find this disgusting behavior. I understand they are humans and humans make mistakes like we all do, but it's the way you rectify these mistakes which matters. If the driver has taken the food to the wrong address it's an accident so which ever neighbour got our food is more to blame for accepting it. Then to make out like we was lieing and then to lie themselves about contacting Just Eat is not acceptable. I also checked some of the negative reviews on Just Eat and it looks like if there is a problem people usually encounter attitude problems with the staff which is a shame that the food is so good. So it seems if you have a complaint you have to just suck it up. I'm not sure why they would lie about contacting Just Eat, I am suspicious that maybe they were trying to stall us to surpass some sort of cooling off period where a refund is no longer possible, but I'm not sure if there is such thing so I don't know about that. Maybe they can reply to this review and enlighten me? Less
