I’ve been doing crossfit for a long time and have recently moved to Flat White, and I am so glad I did! The facility, programming, coaches and community are top tier.The coaches have so much knowledge, technique and moving correctly is always a priority. I’ve been injured the last few months and the coaches have been great with making adjustments to the programming to ensure I am still able to get in a good workout each day.From my first day, I knew Flat White would be the right fit for me. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the coaches took the time to get to know me and to understand my goals. We have has a supportive community with coaches who genuinely want to see everyone strive to be better and reach their goals.If you’re interested trying Crossfit or keen to try a new gym, I’d highly recommend giving Flat White a go! Whatever your fitness level, you’ll be welcomed with open arms and encouraged to become the best version of yourself.

I’ve loved being at Flat White CrossFit for 6 months now, coming in with no CrossFit background. Tam, Kiara, Ella and the rest of the coaches make you feel welcome from day one and definitely lead by example. No matter your ability, personal goals or concerns, they support you, offer modifications, and really focus on feeling good and moving well. You’re never just a number here, they genuinely care about every person who comes through the door.The community is amazing too. Everyone celebrates the small wins and makes the whole place feel supportive and fun. The gym is great, but the coaches and the people are what truly make it special.

Best overall gym experience in the area!Coaches are 2nd to none. Coaches are always energetic, enthusiastic and take the time to know the athletes. The coaches know what they’re talking about. No bullshit.Shoutout to coach Ella, she’s a weapon.Gym space is always neat and tidy, perfect set-up!
