I initially started going because I saw a video of someone with shoulder pain similar to mine and decided I finally wanted to do something about it. I just completed a 12 week, 1/week program.It focused on soft tissue, alignment and core strength. I walked in initially with leg, lower back, and knee pain. I was diagnosed with a twisted pelvis and hip misalignment. The 12 weeks removed my pain, educated me and showed me what to do to correct and continue working on.Thank you Dr Ian and staff.

Dr. Ian took the time to really listen, thoroughly assess the root cause, and create a personalized treatment plan that combined adjustments, exercises, and practical advice I could use at home. The pain has decreased dramatically, my mobility is so much better, and I finally feel good and can’t remember the last time I felt like this. Dr.Ian is incredible first and foremost. I came in with low back pain, after going to conventional PT sessions and no results I knew I needed to change my approach to strengthen the area back to normal and change any movement patterns that allowed the injury to happen and minimizing the time off from being active and training which my future career prioritizes.The process is a crawl, walk, run approach which essential to getting better and Dr.Ian helped me every step of the way with incredibly detailed instructions. He listens and makes you feel comfortable and confident to trust the process. Now being fixed from the injury I can’t recommend him enough.it’s also a plus having a chiropractor that has a long history of training so it’s not just textbook exercises. Everything is personalized for your specific needs.It’s clear he is passionate about getting people back to their normal active lives and gives advice that will last a lifetime to help avoid future injuries.I’m extremely grateful to have found Dr.Ian.
