Living in grand junction I thought handling a major water damage issue at my house would be simple to solve, but after having 2 other companies out to give me estimates they varied thousands of dollars I reached out to RemediH2O, and they showed up 2 hours after I called and they gave me an estimate that was comprible to the other companies, but the only difference was they were also prepared to do the work on sight. Trying to get a company to come out in the Aspen area was a tedious process until I found Remedi H20. Wow! This company was amazing to work with. Logan and Emmanuel were efficient, well trained and had great communication in terms of how the job would progress, and with any other questions I had, Logan was able to answer them. I have an old Victorian home that I remodeled several years ago, but the basement still had lingering mold from who knows how long.....the house was built in 1905. From Dan and Mike to to Logan and Emmanuel they were all extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in mitigating the mold from the basement and through the rest of my home. Thanks so much!

They were on site within 2 hrs of our initial call to them with equipment, a supervisor evaluating the damage and a team to start to mitigate.Transparent about cost and excellent job detailing hours and details of their work. We woke up with about 2 feet of water in our basement/crawl space! We called RemediH2O that morning. They were on site at about 8 AM with their team and the pumping equipment. By 6 that evening the water was pumped out.They returned over the next couple of weeks on most days with additional equipment to bring the humidity down to acceptable levels. The end result was the floor joists and supports were at the spacified humidity levels or less. They also installed a new moisture barrier.All during the repair time their team were all personable, proffessional and pleasent to be around.We could not reccomend their work any higher!
