Amazing Bernice Baez. I met Bernice in 2006 when I was transferred to Texas with the company I was working for. She was recommended to me by a friend. She asked what we were looking for house wise and location preferences. I had no knowledge of Texas real estate but told her that my job was volatile and that whatever we bought would have to high resale value. She took me to a brand new subdivision in Frisco TX and said this would be a very good investment and would grow with time. We sold it 18 years later for almost 3 times what we paid.
