Our experience with Golden Bay Mortgage was a bit unorthodox, due to the very short time frame in which we had to be moved out of our apartment. We had less than 45 days to find the right home, go through the entire process of qualifying for a Mortgage Loan and then closing on the sale.Mr. J. Kelly really never had the efficient time allotment/opportunity to guide counsel us through all the ins-and-outs our Mortgage Loan Process. However, he did promise my wife and I that we would be in our home and assisted us through the process, as crest as possible.
