Great service! I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing Friday. Later that evening, the owner called to let me know they were still finishing up another job and would need to reschedule, so we set it for Monday.They came out and repaired the work I had previously tried to handle myself. The team was professional, and I really appreciated that they returned about 30 minutes after leaving when I had a follow-up question I didn’t catch during the initial visit.They also mentioned their work is guaranteed for one year, which gave me extra confidence. I called with an outside leak and Javier was able to come out the next morning. He found the leak, replaced the broken part and was finished in an hour and a half. They did absolutely amazing. Came back twice to check on something that they had fixed without charging extra. Turns out it wasn’t their work it was another contractors work but they did amazing! Fixed the issue with my laundry drainage overflow because it was clogged. Will reccomend!

I’ve been having issues with my hot water heater (making knocking noises) and solely due to my negligence of not maintaining it like I should. I called around to a few plumbers in the area, all charging a fee to come look at the problem and each place I called I had to wait days before they could come out. I saw a neighbor recommend Texas Plumbers, so I called at 4:00pm thinking if anyone could come out, the earliest would be the next day. Nope… Javier answered my call and without hesitation, offered to come by my house to take a look, free… no up front charge. He gave me a window of time when he could arrive and he did promptly. Great company. Javier was quick to respond and very helpful when my water main busted after the freeze. We spoke the day of, and he was out there first thing the following morning with a crewmate to repair the pipe. Very happy. Price was fair considering there was digging involved around power lines. Javier is amazing!! Water began dripping through our living room ceiling at 8:30 at night. I did a Google search for plumbers opened late and found Texas Plumbers (Javier). I called him to discuss the issue and he came out in the middle of the night at no charge to turn off the hot water heater and gas. He then discussed the repair and cost. He was even available the next day to make the repairs! He showed up on time and prepared. He drained, removed the old water heater and replaced it with a brand new one. He explained the manufacturer warranty and labor warranty. His prices are fair and reasonable. He did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely call Javier for all our future plumbing needs and refer him to our family & friends.

We Had a leak in my yard and reached out to Reliant Plumbing. They came out and quoted me $3,500 to replace the pipe coming from the city connection to the home. I reached out to Javier for a 2nd opinion, and it turns out the sprinkler system is what was leaking, and not the pipe from the city connection. He was very honest and thank goodness we called him. Javier was the plumber who came to help us. He was amazing and helped us very quickly. It was a very tough central drain clog, and he made sure to clear it. He also checked the pipes with his camera and found the reason for the clog and made sure everything was completely clear. He is very cordial and the customer service was superb. After multiple quotes from different plumbing companies to have our entire house re-piped I met Javier and knew I could trust them with the job immediately. We had to have the job done for us while out of town for our wedding/ honeymoon as well and I’m so grateful they could do this for us.
