Instead of making a call to ask if the water was on they scoped it anyways and during the scope were constantly saying things like "with no running water we aren't able to properly do the scope to see all issues". When I called and asked if they could please go complete the sewer scope correctly the inspector got aggressive and forceful and demanded more money for trip fees. Unfortunately, it is not our issue they decided to not turn the water on in the house, as the main was on and everything was fine. Communication and accountability are keys to strong business practices. They provide neither. Also be warned there is a hidden 2% fee for using your debt card, which is not allowed in the US for debt cards. Credit cards only. Definitely felt shady through the entire process. I will never use again and hopefully others are saved from mediocre service and aggressive tactics. Less

I had a deal accepted for a client over the weekend and had to set our home inspection up for Monday as our preferred home inspector was booked solid other than that. I called EVERYWHERE to find someone to come do a sewer scope. Either people didn't answer the phone, they wanted to charge WAY TOO MUCH ($200+) or they were booked out. When I called Justin and left him a voicemail at 5pm Sunday I didn't expect to get a phone call until Monday morning. To my surprise, he called back about 2 hours later and said he would have a guy to our location by 11:30-12pm. Jeff showed up about 10:45 (huge plus in my book when you're almost an hour early!) and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! He had to go from a roof vent, which is less than desirable as I used to do this line of work and know how challenging it can be. Jeff was in and out, polite, respectful and very one of the most professional guys I have dealt with for my clients. Overall, I would rate this company a 10 if I could.
