I went to Stephen with a list of issues, some new, some old. After a comprehensive assessment, we agreed on a treatment plan. Some issues have disappeared entirely and I am very happy with the progress on the remaining issues. Stephen provides lots of encouragement and answers loads of questions, very patiently. As someone who has had back and joint issues my whole life the reformer pilates classes at ARC Rehabilitation have made such a huge difference in strengthening my core muscles, increasing joint mobility and keeping me pain free. The team are all brilliant at what they do and as they are qualified physical therapists they are all able to provide advice and ensure exercises are being done in a safe way for everyone.

I love the Reformer Pilates classes with the Arc Team. My core strength and flexibility have improved considerably over the past few months. Thanks to Grace for her advice and guidance. Like Stephen, she is supportive and encouraging. Marie at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. It is a lovely studio in which to work out.

Nice, modern set up in the middle of town. Very popular with people of all ages wanting to stay fit or for rehabilitation after injury. A bit expensive but everyone is incredibly nice abs patient and their fitness programs do work. From what I know, it's one of the few places in Mayo that offers reformer pilates classes, which can help strengthen muscles and joints. You'll definitely feel the burn!

I am thoroughly enjoying Pilates and I recommend it highly. I have noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility, I have less joint pain and feel so much better. Marie, Grace and Stephen couldn’t be more helpful and I certainly am delighted to have found Arc Rehabilitation and Pilates.
