I started going to Arc Rehabilitation and Pilates post injury. I found the consultation prior to commencing to be very thorough and professional. Both Stephen (the owner) and Grace are exceptionally knowledgeable and each have a lovely way of teaching their class, very in-tune with each class participant - giving one-to-one advice when needed. As a complete beginner, I’d highly recommend Arc without any hesitation and I can honestly say that there’s no need to feel intimidated coming to your first class.

Stephen created a tailored, individual rehab plan to support my recovery from a recent hip injury (I had THR 2 yrs ago) His thorough assessment and focused , incremental rehab exercises over a 4 month period allowed me to recover and begin a return to jogging. He was kind, supportive, clear, focused and always took a strength based approach to my treatment and recovery. I would highly recommend Stephen and Arc Rehabilitation.
