Doctor Meena is a ballroom dancer by herself and totally understands what we, as dancers, go through our dance journey. I love dancing! However, during my practice and performances I notice that my body sometimes does not do what I would like it to do, even theoretically understand the dance movement. Our amazing dance instructors consistently teach us the dynamics of movement and footsteps. Each time I think: ‘Yes, they told me that a hundred times, but why I still make the same mistakes?”Doctor’s Meena unique system explains a very clean and sharp connection between a brain and foot work. Through her Press Foot Zones method, she trains the clear activation of various foot zones, which points pressure through legs and body muscles to the brain control. For people who started dancing as kids at a young age it probably comes naturally and easy, but for the mature starters, I see it as a discovery, eureka! Its locks the circle of all my instructors’ requirements; I understand it’s Why now!It is still hard work, but understanding my body with the help of Doctor Meena’s system elevates my enjoyment of dancing through exciting feeling of the body movement in space! I was preparing for a run and my inner arch hurt. I went to stretch zone but couldn't get deep into the area where I needed. THEN I tried one of Dr. Meena's inventions for the feet "the pyramid" and the PressEX Bar and IT GETS RIGHT INTO MY ACHY ARCH. Yall this works <3

I’m Melsa, 34 years old and a professional Ballroom dancer, and I’ve struggled with foot pain for years. I tried everything — dry needling, laser therapy, cold plunges, and so much more. Some of it helped a little, but the pain always came back.
