I’m Melsa, 34 years old and a professional Ballroom dancer, and I’ve struggled with foot pain for years. I tried everything — dry needling, laser therapy, cold plunges, and so much more. Some of it helped a little, but the pain always came back. After going through that cycle over and over, I felt defeated and started seriously considering surgery because I was so tired of living with constant pain.
