I have been going to Body Spring for the past 1 month with the hope of being able to stand at concerts, etc for more than 30 min without my feet, hips, and back hurting. Her PressEx program targeting the myofascial layer is awesome! I never thought small isolating movements in the feet would be felt up along the legs to hips and glutes. Just after 2 weeks, I have already noted improvements with better hip & foot strength and less hip discomfort from prolonged sitting. I really like the deep and dull activation of the fascia with her exercises. Unlike typical workouts where you get that superficial burn of muscles, fascial exercises (when doing them) create that deep, achy discomfort (not pain) that can go from your feet to your core with just small, intense movements! All the precise movements of each exercise integrate into a great workout. She really takes time to show you how to do the exercises. I’m looking forward to continuing the journey with Meena!!
