Wow! Just wow! This was our first time having carpet professionally installed and we are BEYOND impressed.Firstly, Fred, the salesman at this store was not only very knowledgeable, but also very straightforward on price and helping us get exactly what we were looking for. He made it so incredibly easy and even gave us a rough estimate right on the spot that helped us decide to purchase the same day we came in to see the carpets.The installer, Juan, and his team were very professional and FAST but attentive to detail as well. We had three entire bedrooms to have the carpet replaced and they were only here for a couple hours. We only needed one seam and I honesty can’t even tell where it is!We’re very happy with our experience here and will be sending our neighbors in for their carpet upgrades!

We needed to find a close match to existing wood flooring. The salesman was helpful and let us take some samples home. Delivery time and installation was within a week. The installers were fast, we were pleasantly surprised. We did price shop at another store in town and this was by far a better deal. I’ve already recommended Carpets to Go to my neighbors.

Carpet2Go was a pleasure to work with. They had a wide selection of carpet and Brian Hollaender was very helpful in making a selection. Brian was prompt to come to our house to make measurement. They work with us to coordinate installation to meet our schedule during renovations. We had an issue with the initial installation. Brian and Brent at the warehouse quickly arrange to replace the carpet in a little over a week. We could not be more pleased with how the entire process was handled.
