Just this week a new carpet was installed for us in a large loft area, and carpet previously purchased from Carpet To Go was utilized to improve a large closet with severe wear from usage. Within less than a month from start/purchase to finish, we had an amazing result! Seriously, within a month! Who does that?! Chad in particular, with help from Fred, as manager of the Mooresville Store, does terrifically efficient and accurate work to assist with carpet selection, measurement, and ordering. Chad is highly professional, but is also friendly and genuinely focused on things being right for customers! Our great experience started with his work. But a remarkable team effort continued throughout our project.Then, there was their very accommodating Scheduling Department! There was NONE of this, "be glad our installers will be there when we choose" nonsense! They actually try to be extremely accommodating!!! And the carpet arrived from the factory exactly as Chad had predicted.Last, and extremely important, were the carpet installers: Ernesto, Giovanni, and Christina! Unbelievably good! They arrived promptly, with their own good vacuum cleaner that they actually used throughout their work. We had essentially nothing that was left messy after their carpet installation!!!. And that is a first over 50 years of houses and carpets for us. Best yet, I promise you that I could not find their seams! That is really important. Even more important to us is that they were extremely careful about all of our many feet of cherry woodwork and railings. The professional work they performed was excellent both in quality and execution.I am already planning our next project with this exact crew at Carpet To Go. This experience was so good that we want to expedite our next project with this company! This IS a company one can rely on! These folks are great to work with.

We had new floors installed throughout our house. Their selection was large and prices were reasonable. The communication to place the order and schedule was good and install was seamless. Our installers were Enrique and Rafel, they were both very professional and left our home clean. We would use them again without hesitation.

They were friendly, polite, and professional, and did an excellent job. They walked us through the process before getting started and then did a walkthrough with us afterward to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.The pricing was very comparable to other places we looked at, and the entire experience from start to finish was easy.
