I've had Dysport before, but I've never experienced such flawless placement and natural-looking results. Lidia was incredibly skilled, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The outcome is smooth, refreshed, and natural--exactly what I was hoping for. Friends have commented on how rested and youthful I look, without being able to tell I've had anything done. This is by far the best Dysport experience I've ever had. I had an incredible experience at Gateway Medical Spa, and I truly don't believe it was by coincidence. I came in last minute for a cortisone injection on a big pimple on my chin. As someone who used to struggle with cystic acne, one pimple isn't usually a big deal anymore (thankfully acne hasn't been an issue for me the last few years). But I'm heading to the East Coast to meet some family members for the first time (tomorrow) and I was feeling very self-conscious. Mary Grace took me in even though I didn't realize they were actually closed today Life has been a roller coaster these last couple of months, and I've been doing my best to keep my head high. I shared a bit about my trip with her, and she had exactly the right words for me, words I truly needed to hear. I haven't been emotional at all through everything I've been dealing with lately, but in that moment the tears just started falling. She asked if she could pray over me. As a believer, I said yes, please. The prayer she prayed over me my trip, meeting my family, my life was one of the most beautiful and meaningful prayers I've ever experienced. I was full on tears. I've also been dealing with recent anxiety episodes (1st time in my life) something I've never experienced before, and she prayed over that as well almost as if she already knew. The moment she finished, I felt this huge sense of relief and peace wash over me. It was honestly incredible. She told me I was meant to come see her today and I truly believe that. Mary Grace, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I will absolutely be back and will stay in touch. Where do I even begin! This place is AMAZING !!! I've had my Botox done from a really well known place but I must say my experience here beats anywhere else I've been too. Not only is the place so welcoming but my injector RICKY was theeeeee BEST !!! He's extremely professional and kind. I didn't feel rushed, he listened to my concerns and my goals for my face. I was getting my Botox done and I didn't want my eyebrows too lifted. He took his time to do the placement (dots) on my face and prior to injecting he explained how much units he's placing in every spot and what is an estimated outcome from it. He was clear to the point and so knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and confident. And in addition to that I barely felt the needles,seriously I didn't even tear up (which I usually do cus I have a low pain tolerance). I'm just extremely happy and I can't wait for my official results in 2weeks ! A special shoutout to Grace as well for being so kind, knowledgeable, and so welcoming ! I really enjoyed my time. I can't wait to come back !!!

Mary Grace by far gave me the best facial I have ever received. She's very knowledgeable about your skin and facial products. She spent a lot of time sharing information with me before she even started the facial. She even went as far as sharing the steps of the facial and all the ingredients that were being used. I felt fully informed and began to relax. I got what is called the, Glo2 facial. The machine with the products used was very relaxing. Mary Grace went on to extractions and then saved the best part for last, the whole face, neck and upper chest molding mask. It was a cold mixture that felt like it melted on my skin. Best experience and I will be returning! Key takeaways: everyone that works here is super helpful and friendly. I felt I could completely trust Mary Grace with my skin. I asked many questions on the way out and all of them were answered with kindness and patience. Oh and lastly, I was asked several times if I was comfortable or did I need anything. Love this place!

I've been coming to Gateway MedSpa for a little over 5 years. I been to many MedSpa's and nothing compares to this little gem. I absolutely love it here and won't go anywhere else. I promise you if are searching for a MedSpa this is the place to go. I personally get my filler by Barb she's so amazing! She makes you feel comfortable during the entire procedure and answers any questions you have and listens to what results you are looking for. I've also have had a facial there which was also amazing. The office manager Mary Grace is also so kind and always takes the time to ask how you are doing and welcomes you with a smile. Got the Sylfirm face treatment and my experience was phenomenal. Shoutout to all the staff for an excellent service. The treatment is similar to microneedling but with the benefit of no downtime. Post treatment was easy and the next day I'm good to go but make sure to wear sunscreen. Definitely would recommend if given the chance.

This is my go to med-spa for facials, botox, and filler. I highly recommend my injector Barbara. She is gentle, kind, listens diligently to concerns, and provides excellent recommendations and/or education. All of the employees here are warm, and super helpful. They take the time to get to know you personally and I love that. You can tell management does a great job! Super special shout out to Mary Grace, Barbara, and Marissa (who I learned is no longer here, but was such a darling!) I always say, a little kindness goes a long way.
