I attended a wedding here for Kala and Cody on September 17,2016. It was absolutely beautiful. We were impressed from the moment we drove up seeing the rolling hills,well manicured field and beautifully landscaped property. There was someone to assist you where to park and go from there. Because of MS my ability to walk is affected but the staff made sure I'd have no problem getting to the barn,where the ceremony took place by taking me there in a golf cart, stopping along the way to allow me to register. The trip to the barn was enjoyable as we passed barrels with bouquets of fresh cut hydrangeas and sunflowers in small aluminum buckets on top and signs which read various things in regard to a couple in love below. The barn was rustic but also beautiful softened by flowing fabric draped from the barns rafters and a gorgeous crystal chandelier hanging from the barns center. Comfortable seating was arranged where the view for the entire ceremony was enjoyed. A beautiful backdrop of rustic wood draped with soft fabric and a placement of hydrangeas and sunflowers surrounded the bride and groom as they exchanged vows. After the ceremony I rode the golf cart to the reception area. While waiting for the wedding party's pictures to be taken we rested comfortably outside with appetizers and cold beverages available. Inside the building where the reception took place continued the rustic yet beautiful theme.The staff did a fantastic job seeing that everyone got seated, directed to the buffet when it was time. The food was delicious and dishes were quickly removed from the tabLe when finished. The rest of the evening also went well. It started raining but no damper was put on this wedding due to such an amazing setting and staff! It was a beautiful wedding and we had a wonderful experience here at Whistle Hollow Farm.
