We did an all inclusive wedding package. The Intimate. It was all perfect. The ladies who work here are amazing and they truly make you feel so special. It didn't feel fake either. There are so many choices and if you're anything like me, I can't make up my mind. Haha. However, I sent Amanda inspiration pictures of decor and style I loved and they made the dream come true. There is not a single thing about the experience we had that I would change.Edit - 4/16/2026: I do not recommend using their all inclusive photographers. The communication is practically non existent. In August 2025 the photographer sent us an email introducing herself. The email stated if we booked an all inclusive we would receive a FREE engagement photo session and a complimentary second photographer on the day of the wedding. I reached out inquiring about the free engagement session, was told to text her and that we do qualify for it. I text her and got a couple texts back and then was ghosted. Never got the free engagement photos that I needed so I ended up paying for another photographer to do our engagement photos for the wedding invitations.Fast forward to now - I reached out to the photographer on 3/21 just trying to check in on our wedding pictures. I was never given a timeline on them (not in contract and was never verbally communicated to me). Given my previous experience with her - I didn’t have high hopes but tried to stay optimistic. We never received ANY sneak peeks and had zero communication from the venue or photographer on when they might done. On 3/22 she responded via email saying she was editing them and should have them within a week. I thanked her. I know they can take some time so I tried to give her some time after no response again. On 4/1 - I emailed again trying to check in and no response. On 4/14 - I tried one more time to check in and get any kind of response. Of course. No answer.I text Amanda, The Lofton owner, and told her about the situation and hoping she could help. She said the photographer thought she already sent them and she would follow up with me to see if I got them. Prior to this - I had checked my entire Gmail account looking for anything that could potentially be our pictures. I review my spam folder daily. Especially when I know I’m waiting on something important.At 11:27AM CST the photographer stated my email had gotten categorized into a thread that wasn’t showing in her inbox - advised me to check my spam - and she would send them again that afternoon when she got home. I let her know I’ve been checking my SPAM daily and totally get it could’ve gone there but has not.I waited until 9:21PM CST to email again saying I STILL haven’t gotten them. She emailed at 7:09AM CST apologizing and asked for my number to try to send them that way. I emailed her back promptly at 7:31AM CST giving her my number. As you guessed it - no response, no email, no text, no call.At this point, I’m beyond angry as they have been done for sometime and there’s zero effort being made to get the pictures I paid for to me. I’m assuming at this point I will not receive them and am just taking the loss. I have gone above and beyond to try to get these pictures when I shouldn’t have had to do to begin with, considering how much I paid to The Lofton.Venue, catering, amenities, bartenders, DJ: 10/10Photographer: 0/10
