I think we would be lost without Sherene's cleaning! We are lucky to have found her and grateful to be on her regular schedule. She came recommended to us by one of the largest realty companies serving the Newport area, which I think is an important mention. We are not a vacation rental and live in our home full-time and Sherene has no issue with cleaning while we are at home. She let us know up front during our negotiation that we may be rescheduled in the event that a vacation rental comes up, and to remain flexible, which isn't a big deal for us. She always gets to our home within a few days and she is prompt with her arrival time. She works very (very) hard and does an immaculate job, even down to the small touches, like folding bath towels beautifully. We appreciate that she's not afraid of cleaning windows and tracks! :) Thank you Sherene for keeping our home in beautiful shape!

Sherene is absolutely amazing! She's great with communication and does an outstanding job. She pays attention to every detail and takes a lot of pride in her work.We've used other cleaners in the past, and have had mixed experiences (often having to tell them uncleanlines issues that people had. Who knows how many bad experiences weve had that we don't know about.).Sherene is super organized, takes inventory of the home items, and spends the time to make sure everything is perfect.
