I think we would be lost without Sherene's cleaning! We are lucky to have found her and grateful to be on her regular schedule. She came recommended to us by one of the largest realty companies serving the Newport area, which I think is an important mention. We are not a vacation rental and live in our home full-time and Sherene has no issue with cleaning while we are at home. She let us know up front during our negotiation that we may be rescheduled in the event that a vacation rental comes up, and to remain flexible, which isn't a big deal for us. She always gets to our home within a few days and she is prompt with her arrival time. She works very (very) hard and does an immaculate job, even down to the small touches, like folding bath towels beautifully. We appreciate that she's not afraid of cleaning windows and tracks! :) Thank you Sherene for keeping our home in beautiful shape!

Sherene is absolutely amazing! She's great with communication and does an outstanding job. She pays attention to every detail and takes a lot of pride in her work. We've used other cleaners in the past, and have had mixed experiences (often having to tell them uncleanlines issues that people had. Who knows how many bad experiences weve had that we don't know about.).Sherene is super organized, takes inventory of the home items, and spends the time to make sure everything is perfect. She has even helped us with small repairs and making the experience for our guests unforgettable. If you're looking for exceptional white glove service, look no further. You won't find anyone better!

I am so grateful to have found Sherene! I was looking for a specific kind of help: for someone to come in every couple of months and completely clean all the Shaker style wainscoting and cabinets that are in every room throughout my house and which are notorious dust and dirt collectors! Her willingness to take on the job, flexibility with the scope of the work and scheduling, and the resulting sparkle and freshness from her hard work and attention to detail has made our home a happy place! Thank you Sherene, now I know when the dust comes back… help is on the way!

Sherene has cleaned our 2 story house for 2 years. We are very happy with her professionalism. She does a thorough job and is very personable to work with. She is the best housekeeper we have ever used and I am comfortable highly recommending her to to anyone. There is nothing she won’t clean including our windows and our car. Her fees are reasonable and she gets along with pets as well as humans.

Our grandfather lives on the coast and needs help keeping up with his household cleaning. We had tried a couple other cleaners but they would typically clean once and then disappear and our grandfather didn't like them in his house. Sherene was great. She came in and did a once over and then came back to do a deep clean. She understands how to work with the elderly and how to show respect and calm while cleaning for them. We were thrilled with her help and work and have scheduled 2 more cleanings in January and February. Our grandfather was also very happy with her service and made it clear to us that he want to keep her as his housecleaner.

We had only 3 days notice that our offer was excepted for our new home. I had 3 different cleaning companies came to the rental and gave 3 bids. Mind you this was not a small job.we have 3 bathrooms. As well as 4 bedrooms. Down stairs we have hard wood floors. I also have 4 cats, we adopt cats with special needs. The other cleaning companies without even looking at my rental w based on cats. Thankfully my neighbor had used the service before we could even move in. She also said that the business not only does move in as well as out. Rental cleaning as well as residential services. I would never use anyone besides the service she provided.Thank you Sherene for your amazing and affordable service.William GeraldIcompanies come out andnew home was excepted hahe clean by Sherene

Sherene is effortlessly amazing, quick and thorough when cleaning my home. She even got the grout, which was darkened with dirt and sand, in our bathroom looking new!! I appreciated that she knows her cleaning products well and does not use anything with harsh chemicals that leaves an unwelcoming, sterile smell throughout the house. She uses a fresh almond smelling cleaner that leaves every room and all the floors sparkling and smelling good. She is up-to-date on sanitizing procedures, which means all surfaces and areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and is incredibly professional. She invoices immediately upon completion and you can pay by Venmo, which I find easy and convenient.
