These guys did a fantastic job. Coming in as a first time home buyer, I wasn't aware of a lot of the terminology, etc, that entails buying a house. These guys have YouTube videos of each step of the process that helps you to understand what each step means, all questions (and I had quite a few, trust me) were answered quickly and efficiently. They never seemed annoyed, or tried to rush me in any step. My realtor, Kory Larsen, was ruthlessly efficient (that's a good thing, you definitely don't want a lazy or slow realtor) and ended up getting me a house in, what I would consider, a record time.
