Earlier this year I contacted New Life Arbor for a quote on removal of 8+ trees in my yard that were overgrown and half dead. Not only did they put me on the schedule right away, but were out within a few days to attack my project. Initially I spoke with Tim and Eric, but I also got to know the crew members as work progressed. I was impressed with the modern equipment they have, from the stump grinder to the cherry picker. Their crew is thourough when it comes to cleanup and my yard had minimal damage considering the work that was completed. I have additional work coming up in the spring and will be calling New Life Arbor to do the project.

I have a summer home on Houghton Lake, MI. This past summer I discovered New Life Arbor, and asked them for a quote on my beautiful old Oak and a few Maple trees. I didn't want just any "run-of-the-mill" tree trimmer to come near my Oak due to the presence of Oak Wilt disease in my neighborhood. From the start, talking to their arborist, I was impressed that New Life knows what they are doing! We planned the trimming for the autumn and they stayed in close communication with me, pushing the trimming back into November due to the warm autumn and their commitment to not expose the tree to the possibility of Oak Wilt. When their two trimmers arrived they were very professional and removed all the limbs that were a concern and I felt their price was competitive with others. I would hire New Life again for any tree work in the future. These folks are pros!

We can’t say enough good things about New Life Arbor! Our cat got herself stuck high up in a tree, and after calling around with no luck, Tim (the owner) responded right away and was so kind and understanding. He truly cared about helping us.Luke came out and safely rescued our cat with so much care and professionalism — you could tell he really knew what he was doing. They turned a stressful situation into such a relief, and we’re so grateful for their quick response and compassion.If you ever need tree work (or a cat rescue!) — I can’t recommend New Life Arbor enough. Had a great experience with New Life Arbor from a competitive quote, to fast service and very high quality work. They even blew the loose gravel off my driveway from the street work that the city did which they didnt have to do. Highly recommended!

Tim was great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. We were getting work done in our yard and needed to clear out some trees right away so we contacted Tim. He was very prompt and accommodating. His team was also very professional and easy to work with.

Our whole experience from A-to-Z with New Life Arboricultural Services was fantastic. We found out more about our property and trees during the walk around with the Arborist than we had known about our property living here for 9 years. When we were sent a quote, it was very easy to navigate/ find via E-mail link and accept the offer and start the process to move forward. When the crew got here, they were very respectful of our property and took all the safety precautions and treated our home and property like it was their own. Once the job was completed the Crew did such a great job cleaning up. What I am trying to say is; I could have taken a nap and woken up after the job was completed and I would have never known they were here except for the tree being gone. 10 out of 10 would recommend
