I dealt with Adam, from the Littleton office. Adam was prompt, professional, and personable. I had some difficulty dealing with serious health issues, in the hospital, etc. while the pest issue presented itself, so it was particularly difficult to deal with.Adam worked with my logistical issues, texting me a detailed report of his findings during treatment, helping to ease my mind. I am thankful for the experience, especially under the circumstances of pest control services.

We have had Whitmore for about 5 years and continue to be impressed with their customer service and level of quality service they provide. There was one specific situation a couple of years ago where they went significantly above the call of duty and that was the icing on the cake that we would probably never switch services. Brandon was great. He took the time to look at everything and made me feel much better about the possible rodent invasion. Once he finished up - he arranged for another guy, Carlos, to come identify and seal any areas of vulnerability. I’ve been a quarterly service customer of Whitmore for about 5 years. They are the best pest control company I’ve ever had!
