Made an appointment March 7th for the good Friday Easter weekend for 3 cars at my home to be detailed, all were Easter gifts for my mother and my wife. Raj tells me he will be there 100% even if by himself if he needed to be for a mobile clean on all 3 cars plus each car was going to take 4 hrs so they all had to stay. I changed my plans and told my 80yr old mother that I needed her car on Friday.Raj texts me 1 day before the appointment and tells me hes not coming now and told me April 12 I can reschedule. He ruined my Easter gifts for my mother and wife. Ruin my mother's plans and ruined my wife's with my plans.I've been in the customer care business for 30yrs and this is truly unprofessional and not reliable so I would suggest go elsewhere, it's not a customer commited company.

Great experience with this mobile car detailing service. John was friendly, polite, and very professional. He arrived right on time and did a thorough deep cleaning of the interior, removing all the salt damage from winter. He even gave the exterior a nice rinse, leaving everything looking spotless. Highly recommend!

Raj came to detail my and wife cars. The price was great and the car was spotless. He even called afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. We have two kids and you wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at the condition of the cars after the clean. Fantastic job and highly recommend.

Super kind, timely, and flexible. The pricing is fair and actually lower than some other places I've been to. Raj did an amazing job getting out all of our dogs' fur which I know can be real difficult.I had been working all day and wasn't able to drop the car off so he came by, left his car, took mine, and dropped it back off when he was done.Wish I took some pictures before we went camping but I would highly recommend to anyone in the Windsor-Essex area to give Raj a chance.

RAJ did an amazing job on my SUV. I struggled with trying to find a ride so he picked it up and returned it with no extra fee. He was very attentive to detail. We had advised anything in the car can be trashed (as I assumed my hubby cleaned all compartments out) and Raj took it upon himself to put what he assumed would be important in a bag in the car. Which I truthfully appreciate as my daughter's birth certificate was left in the pile of paperwork. He went above and beyond and im very appreciative. I would 10/10 recommend Raj to anyone.
