They were some safety issues mainly with electrical. We asked Jennifer to address the issues with the seller. Unfortunately, she refused and ignored our requests and just focused on the sale. She put the property back on the market and moved to the next buyer who offered more money. Jennifer is unprofessional, unethical, and sometimes rude. Will never do business with her or her broker and not recommended for any type of real estate buying or selling deal. Less
