Tom had a very speedy reply time, came out of his way before another client and fixed our blocked pipes in under 30 minutes. He quoted us £100 for an immediate visit and fix, a lot less hassle and more efficient than the big pluming companies.* Edit: just saw this review in my reviews log and wanted to update it as initially it was a 5 star review, we unfortunately had a leak 2 months after he had done the work to our blocked sink and had to pay lots in damage repair to the flat below as the pipe work was not connected sufficiently. Was quite disappointed as he was very nice and prompt.

I needed fairly urgent attendance for a blocked drain in the bath. I messaged Tom late on Sunday night and he came over by midday Monday. Went straight to work and had the blockage cleared in 30 minutes. Also fixed a leak for me while he was here. No complaints from me, will use his services again happily in future.

Thomas paid me a visit today to fix what I thought was a blocked toilet and dodgy fill valve. He quoted £150 but said it would probably be about £120 incl of parts (no VAT, no call out charge or pay per hour etc)When he arrived he did the usual plunging etc but it turned out to be caused by a blocked sewage drain in the garden. He spent ages sorting that out then went on to change the fill valve and flush in the loo as he thought the flush was too weak. I would have given him 10 stars if I was able. When he had finished, after all that work he still only charged me £120! I paid him £150. People spend hours online looking for decent tradesmen whilst reading all the reviews and I feel that I can trust Thomas 100% and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family /friends in the future. I've added him to my phone, he's now my go to plumber. He might even make it to my Xmas card list! Many thanks Thomas, your a star.
