We met Vanessa for a Meet and Treat session.and had a lovely time. As Thibaud is very grooming adverse, I was quite anxious, but we were met with a fantastic calm and dog friendly environment and not a typical groomers. Thank you and we look forward to our next appointment

My spaniel Finn had only ever been groomed once. He didn’t enjoy it and we didn’t enjoy making him go through with it. I’d tried the best I could at home to keep him clean and tidy but not being much of a groomer myself he always looked tatty! I was introduced to Vanessa by another local business and I felt that Vanessa would be the person to try Finn with again. We first had a meet and treat session so Finn could get comfortable with Vanessa and the environment, followed by the full groom which was taken steadily and with great care. Finn looks and smells fabulous and I won’t hesitate to bring him back and keep him looking and feeling tip top. Thank you!

My almost 13 year old cockapoo, Rufus, had always disliked but coped with conventional grooming methods until 3 or so years ago when he became increasingly stressed by each visit to the groomers. He would take the entire day to de-stress after a groom and panic on walks if we headed in the direction of his groomer's. A google search thankfully led me in the direction of Vanessa and we have never looked back!From our initial meet and treat session, Vanessa took the time to get to know Rufus and it was clear he was very happy and relaxed in her company. The pawlour and sensory garden are such a calm and relaxing space, perfect for dogs like Rufus who are overwhelmed by the restraints of traditional grooming parlours. As a senior boy, Rufus has lots of lumps and bumps and skin concerns, Vanessa is always very attentive to his needs and goes at a pace he is comfortable with. Her holistic techniques have had such a positive impact on his grooming experience. He always looks beautiful after a groom but most importantly he always looks so content in her company when I come to collect him, sitting on her lap gazing lovingly in to her eyes to be precise!Could not recommend more highly!

What a fabulous experience for my dog! Vanessa was excellent and a true professional. My dog is a rescue, and Vanessa took her time with him, and we had a wonderful, calm experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

My cockapoo Megan and I enjoyed meeting Vanessa and Megan soon relaxed with Vanessa and her calm and gentle approach. She explored her sensory outside space and her grooming area with the low table. As Megan has issues with crates, the outside sensory area will suit her. I am confident that Megan will respond well to Vanessa’s approach of working with the consent of the dog to build trust and reduce the common experience of stress when my dog goes to be groomed. I was very impressed.

Coco was a lot more relaxed than previously ( 4th visit); she looks lovely. Lots of compliments in Nantwich shops!

When our previous groomer said she can no longer groom my reactive dog I was devastated and didn’t know what to do. After googling I found Vanessa and booked a phone call appointment. Her set up is clearly designed to help those dogs that need more work with the grooming process and the fact she doesn’t use restraints and takes it at the dogs pace means she managed to groom my dog twice now without any snapping which became impossible for the previous groomer. She is great at reading the dogs body language and letting them become comfortable and learn to trust which has made such a difference already and it’s only very early days. Honestly can’t recommend her enough.

We took our dog to Vanessa to have his nails clipped. She made him feel comfortable while carrying out the procedure with great care in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you Vanessa for fitting us in at short notice.
