We have used Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs for a few years, and they have always been excellent. We have three cats, and originally hired DPD just so we could have someone give the cats some food and clean their litter when we go away (for long weekends or extended vacations). But they go above and beyond the basic service. Every time they come, we get a handful of cute pictures of our happy cats being played with and loved on, and we always come back to happy healthy pets. DPD is great at what they do, and I would recommend them for any cat family.

I've been a DPD client since 2022. I have nothing but glowing things to say about Kevin, the company, and all of great team members who have cared for my two cats, Mia and Echo, over the years. It means so much to me, to know that my kitties will be safe, fed, and given cuddles and play time when my fiancee and I go out of town. After every visit I get a service report - with photos and a nice note - via the app. The service costs more than having a friend or neighbor kid stop by, but the peace of mind is worth every penny - and then some. I know that my kitties are in the hands of kind, caring, and dedicated people who love animals as much as I do. Because there is a team, too, I know that if the person who's assigned to care for my cats has an emergency of some kind, there are other team members who will make sure my cats are taken care of.

I absolutely love Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs! They are responsive and on top of it. Our dog has medication needs and I trust them completely with her medication. They’ve gone out of their way to help in last minute emergencies and are incredibly flexible.
