Candidly, the staff at Palmercare in Colleyville has provided me with far more than needed pain relief; they’ve structured a plan which is helping me make noticeable, measurable progress in my back and neck. I’m a strong advocate for their Chiropractic adjustments with Doctor Davis, physical therapy with Pat and the staff, and Acupuncture with Laura!

I’ve never had a physician quite like Dr. Davis. The time and care put into every single appointment is just phenomenal. Ive learned more about my body in the initial exam ALONE than any specialist physician I have ever seen could explain to me. She isn’t minimizing symptoms, but instead focused on the root cause, wanting to understand WHY your body is responding the way it is. I have learned so much about my nervous system and how interconnected our emotional and pain receptors are. For the first time in my long journey of medical care I feel heard, understood, and cared about. I came in struggling with hip pain, and Dr. Davis got me on a treatment plan based off x-rays and range of motion. Now I am seeing noticeable improvement not only with that but with my migraines, gut health, emotional trauma regulation, and posture. I promise your body will thank you if you go to see her.

So hurt my back yesterday and was unable to stand this morning. They were able to get me in this morning. This is the very first time I’ve ever been to a chiropractor. Honestly never put a lot of stock into the practice. My husband insisted I try it. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Everyone is so nice there and explained everything beautifully. Explain what they were doing and then explained what benefits I would experience. Well I walked in unable to walk or sit or stand without help and pain and left with a great deal of pain relieved and able to sit, stand and walk by myself! Have my next appointment on Monday and am REALLY looking forward it! I am 100% a believer at this point.

I love Dr Mayfield and her staff they are so positive and have helped me through getting out of pain when I thought I had to have surgery but it’s been taking stretching and adjustment, cupping and all techniques. Dr Mayfield and her staff have been part of my positivity circle without them I would be worse off and they gave me hope to have health structure and possibly longevity❤️I’m grateful for the team!

I usually don't write reviews but this place was so phenomenal I had to.This was my first ever coming to a chiropractor,so I didn't know what to expect. The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable any questions I had they always had an answer for(mind y'all I asked a lot of questions). I left with a lot of new information that I didn't know before and my body felt ten times better. Hope y'all keep up the good work. Btw a little shout out to Janelle she has just a beautiful smile and she was so kind to me while I waited to be seen. #spartanrace2021
