Way to many problems. a job that should have been 5 days took over 3 weeks. They will want to blame insurance but the only reason i got my car back was progressive was stopping my rental because they took too long. Lights not working. they said it was because we had rushed quality control really takes 2 minutes to check lights. lastly license plate in trunk not put on and at asked if i had bolts then they would put on that should be part of front bumper repair. There is more but i really don't wat to go into it just a really bad company. don't use them save yourself time and a really big headache. THIS IS AN UPDATE ON MY DEALING WITH PROMASTERS. One of the biggest things in my eyes a company can do is admit when a job went wrong and this is what they did. After my review Promasters fix the problems i had on my car and Ryan turned out to be very friendly so we mus have met on a bad day. So in the end tehy get 4 stars from me because everything worked out.

One of the best paint jobs I've seen. Better than factory. No trash or defects in the paint unlike many other body shops. Customer service was great and they provided a loaner car while my truck was in the shop. It was simple and seamless. I didn't have to do anything but show up.
