The rental car they provided me with was impeccable and as the repairs were done, their communication was fantastic every step of the way. Brandy and Sierra were so kind in reaching out to both inform with updates as well as get fast answers for my questions. My car was finished quickly and looks beautiful! Even though my car would be sent further away to their main shop in Pueblo, I knew this company was the one for me. From the initial phone call to the end product, I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied. While the repair job took a bit longer than expected, they were so understanding of my timeline and my needs. They took ownership and accountability for the unexpected delays and they truly made me/my needs feel important. They worked alongside my rental car company and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. I am so grateful for the hard work and endless hours the technicians and all of promasters staff took to ensure that my car would look “brand new” again! The communication through text was great and when I didn’t hear from them for a bit, I felt I was able to reach out and get a status update. Now for a great surprise, as I am looking over the invoice I’m trying to recall when I paid the deductible. It showed a zero balance due. I asked about this and they waived the deductible for the repair. They do that for hail damage repair. All in all, 10 out of 10. Highly recommended! They are aluminum certified for repairs too, a problem I ran into when looking for a shop. No hesitation to recommend Pro-Masters. Less

Initially, they were great, they took a look at it on a Friday afternoon while they were busy and ordered in the part, opting for a cheaper mirror in a different color that they would p... More

After seeing the great reviews on Google, I was extremely disappointed in the actual service I received. I went to Pro-masters, with what I thought would be a simple fix, replacing a busted passenger side mirror. Initially, they were great, they took a look at it on a Friday afternoon while they were busy and ordered in the part, opting for a cheaper mirror in a different color that they would paint. Several weeks then went by with no word from them. I finally called and they let me know the mirror was on back order. Not a huge deal, though I did expect they might have checked in sooner. A day or so later, they said they were ready for the car. I brought it in and they had it ready to go in a short period of time. Great! Except when I started using the mirror, I found the camera in it no longer worked, despite paying over $500 for the replacement. The paint on the mirror they did wasn't perfect, but good enough for an old van. I called and they asked me to bring it in the next day and that it should be a quick fix. I planned to stop in with my kids on the way to some summer activities. Instead of a quick fix, we waited for over two hours with minimal updates. Finally, I had to leave to get to an appointment. No progress was made on the mirror, and instead they said I could contact Honda, or there was someone they used and he could probably do it, but it would cost more, even though the initial quote appeared to be for full installation of the mirror. Needless to say, I have heard nothing back and my mirror still does not work properly. I would have appreciated them letting me know up front that they don't know how to install Honda mirrors rather than this long drawn out, and rather expensive process to end up with a no longer broken, but also no longer functioning mirror. I was also given a paper to sign, with no explanation that basically said, I was satisfied with the work on the vehicle, without them actually asking or even showing me the work. I of course signed it, because I trusted them and it is less convenient to make a fuss about their request, but apparently I should have. Less

And at the time, I was going through A LOT, so the car situation was just “the cherry on top” as that was my safe haven at the time too. After the inspection, I came to pick up my car and everyone expressed their sympathy for the problem that happened and for AAA/24 hour towing not claiming liability. I also know that one of the mechanics told me about the scheme the towing company was trying to do by lying and the mechanic refused to be apart of it and I’m grateful for that. He didn’t have to tell me or warn me but he did. After picking up my car from Pro Masters, I took it to a gas station. Turned off the car and when I tried turning it back on, it wouldn’t start. I had asked someone if they could help me with my dead battery by using jumper cables and it just wasn’t budging. The person who helped me kept insisting that my alternator went out. But I didn’t believe it so I called Pro Masters asking a question that would help me diagnose whether it was a bad battery or alternator and their answer made me realize that it was just a bad battery. The car was immediately transported to a dealership for sale who's service department found that there was an issue with AC compressor that was missed on the initial repair, there was a cap missing for the washer fluid, and the paint repair did not match the existing paint on the vehicle. I know that the damages occurred during/post accident as the car received a full inspection prior to my road trip. The fact that they missed the AC issue resulted in my having to pay for that repair out of pocket as insurance wouldn't cover anything once it left the shop. I called the shop afterwards and received no return call. The people here seemed kind and friendly, and I thought I could trust them. But it seems that their work may not be top notch. Less

Only did half of the repairs. Insurance assured me all damages would be covered yet when they couldn't buff out the scratches on the back they just left them and didn't go to the Insurance to let them know the issue just expected me to be fine with the car.
