If I could leave zero stars I would. My mom just got her car back and the work done is completely unacceptable. I can't believe a business I have recommended put out such terrible work. Parts are not matching up, trunk isn't shutting properly, buffing compound was left everywhere, especially on her headlights. There are also chips in the paint on areas that were clearly missed during the painting process. Nobody did a walk around with her when she picked up. She feels as though she was completely dismissed because she questioned why she had to pay her deductible when told she wouldn't have to in the beginning and because she is a women. I will attach pictures and make sure to never recommended this company again.

After an unfortunate 1v1 with a barrier I took my vehicle to a different collision center recommended by a friend. The place I was referred to stated they perform a number of "safety" tests that would cost an additional $2500 out of pocket and would only use parts they deemed fit. Sounded good, especially the safety part. Quote was upwards of 5k out of pocket and even the safety checks were excessive as those checks went beyond where the damage occurred (this was a low speed collision with no air bag deployment or frame damage). After searching online I found Pro Masters and from the jump I had a good feeling. Friendly, honest and easy to work with I felt I found the right place. They understood I lost a week of rental time due to mucking about with the other place and got the work done in 3 weeks. They handled the insurance company so I didnt have to, they offered to set up the rental, offered a ride home after drop off and kept me informed through the process. I have very little exposure to collision centers as I have been fortunate enough to not have having to need them. If I need or know anyone who needs this type of service I will absolutely direct them to Pro Masters. Professional without being stuffy, quality work, and no headaches is exactly what I expect. They delivered 100% on the expectation.

Where do I begin! Pro masters is an excellent business we even better people working there. After an unfortunate incident involving my truck, I called Ryan and from the very beginning, his staff and he were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. The repair was very fair priced, and the turnaround time was even better! I can’t even tell I got my door replaced! I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE in the springs and will do business with them in the future!

After this last hail storm, our family truck took a direct hit from hailstones. We were panicking about the cost and repair time until we found this place. Which i must say, is phenomenal. Their team was super professional and very transparent. They didn't sugar coat it unlike these places that try to scam you. Now our old truck looks like it came from the car dealer!

The work took a long time, roughly over a month for a cracked frame repair. But when it was returned, it was in excellent condition, pretty much brand new looking, customer service was good, I'd say they did their best to keep me updated.

We had an excellent experience! Ours was not an insurance claim, just fixing up scrapes and dings on an older work tuck. A military discount was given, we were kept informed by email on each phase of the work! Treated professionally and courteously through the entire process. Completed work was less than original estimate as a mud flap could be reused. Thanks for a great job done well.

I needed a specialized repair on my restored truck. I reached out to three shops and no one was able or willing to help me. I was going to give up and I called Promaster Auto Collision in Pueblo. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone, and she told me to bring it in the next day. Steve analyzed my issue. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward with me. He had a great solution and reviewed it with his technician.
