What an incredible experience I had here! I found Primo online after doing a fair bit of research and speaking with numerous companies about getting a ring made, and speaking with Francesco was the most comfortable I felt, there was absolutely no pressure from him into buying a diamond from him (which I had felt before from others). He was very attentive to the design I wanted and was always available with any questions at all times through WhatsApp! He was very patient throughout the whole design process to allow me the time to get it right and final. The ring itself was absolutely amazing and came out even better than I had imagined (which my now new Fiancé absolute loves aswell🤣)! Having previously worked with my fiancé to create a beautiful engagement ring, we were more than happy to return to Primo to have our wedding bands made. Francesco and his team were happy to help with our strange timeline as we have been living abroad. We all sat down for an in depth meeting to try different sizes and styles. When it came to the rings being made, Primo pulled it all off when we were 3000 miles away, ready for a pick up window of one day! They even adjusted a ring size on the day and made sure we had everything just perfect for the big day. We couldn't be happier with our rings! Would absolutely recommend them!

I had already put down a deposit on an engagement ring from a well known high street jeweller but after initially cancelling my appointment with Francesco he assured me he would be able to beat them on quality and price. I'm so glad I kept my appointment as he found exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me a larger, better quality diamond for less than a smaller diamond from the high street jeweller. He was knowledgeable, honest and had the ring ready to go in less than two weeks!Even if you have other appointments I'd strongly suggest visiting Primo Diamonds, well worth the visit. Thanks again!
