Very happy with our experience with Amity Homes!! We had a major renovation done on our vintage 1976 home. We had a second story added, changed the entire roof line and remodeled most of the interior. With an old house, we ran into lots of surprises but Fred and his guys came up with creative solutions and we are very pleased with the end product! We asked him to come back a couple years later to renovate a bathroom that we didn’t do originally. It exceeded expectations also. Would definitely recommend going with Amity Homes for large or small projects.

Fred and Gabe took over a remodel job on my house. They put on the finishing touches in the bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen, and fixed some concerns. They did a great job, and Fred made some recommendations for future updates, and I will certainly trust Amity Homes with those updates when the time comes. Fred was attentive and listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. I can't recommend he and his team highly enough, and I will gladly do business with him again.

Amity Homes has done a super job on new construction, remodeling major project expansions and smaller jobs that need expertise! The Team is there when they are expected and work with you on design and adds ideas for you to consider! They are more than just a construction company!!!

I contracted with Amity Homes for an expansion and partial remodel which was completed YE 2023. Remodels are inherently challenging since the scope can change dramatically as walls are removed/exposed identifying new challenges. I needed a contractor that I could develop a relationship with and who could effectively deal with the changes rapidly. Since Fred White had successfully managed another remodel in Terramar I met with him and immediately realized he had the prerequisite experience to manage my project. In the end it turned out to be an expansion plus a 90+% remodel. Yes, there were many challenges throughout the project, but Fred’s expertise and composure served me well. His advice and practical solutions were exactly what was needed for this project. If you are considering a remodel I think you would be well served to give Fred a call.

We contracted with Amity Homes for a teardown and then a new build, which was completed in September of 2024. Amity Homes was exceptional in quality, scheduling, cost management, communication and working with us in order to make our dream home a reality. My wife and I can not thank Fred and the Amity Homes team enough for their thoughtfulness and continued commitment to our build.It has been a year and a half since we obtained our occupancy permit and moved in. Fred still checks regularly to make sure there are no issues with the build. I have not needed their services as everything is working or standing the test of time flawlessly.Fred predicted the build would take 12 months to complete once started. The actual build time was just a few days short of a year. This was a 3100 square foot stilt home on a canal. We could not be happier with the end result or Amity Homes.

Fred has completed three separate projects at our house……two relatively straightforward and the third was an extensive remodel. All three were top notch quality and finished on schedule! Highly recommend!
