I worked with Anna for a few months online and also joined one of her dance workshops in person. I was not sure what to expect at first, but it ended up shifting more than I thought. The coaching conversations were honest and sometimes uncomfortable in a good way. The movement part felt awkward for me at the beginning, but that was kind of the point. I left feeling more confident, more in my body, and less in my head all the time. It was different from other coaching I have done!
