Where do I begin? Jill was an answer to prayer during my early days postpartum. As early as when my baby was 3 years old, she gently held my hand as I went through the beautifully intense beginning stages of nursing. This postpartum was significantly less stressful because I could reach out to Jill (who got back to me so quickly) with questions, instead of going to Google. Her services were better than any other thing I got on my baby registry. Can’t recommend her enough!!!

Jill helped me tremendously with my second baby. I felt so comfortable with her & I'm a very shy person usually but she is so sweet & calm I felt like I knew her my whole life! I loved how she educated me by telling me what my baby was doing just by watching her facial expressions. You can tell she has a lot of experience and I love her techniques. Jill has been amazing to work with! After having 5 babies with tongue and lip ties who struggled so much with nursing I was about ready to just give up. But a friend referred me to The Thompson Method, and I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical about the whole thing being over the phone or video instead of in person, but for anyone else on the fence - THIS PROGRAM WORKS!! Baby #6 is 3 weeks old today and is my first baby to be able to nurse from the beginning!! No bottles, no pumping (which I absolutely hated!!!), no tongue tie procedures for the baby, no shredded and bleeding nipples. I’m thrilled! Absolutely thrilled! Jill has been a lifesaver for me with my breastfeeding journey. I was anxious and nervous about nursing my second child because I didn't have a good experience with my first and ended up exclusively pumping for 7 months which I didn't want to do with my second. I wanted to nurse directly from the breast. Jill has been a refuge for me. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and attentive. We did a video call where she watched me nurse and she knew what my baby was gonna do before even baby did it. She walked me through everything and helped me adjust. She is a nursing expert. Jill came into my life when I found out I was pregnant with my second baby... She was highly recommended by several acquaintances and after hearing how highly they talked about her I knew she was the perfect fit for me!She is not only is extremely knowledgeable in her field, she is so kind and will 100% advocate for your rights and wants as a patient/ client.She went out of her way more than once to accommodate me and my very unique situation. She really went to bat for me when it seemed as if everything and everyone was against me!! After my 2 day labor I experienced a medical emergency at the fault of my doctor that required me to be hospitalized again and she was the first one I called. After describing my issue she knew exactly what to do and what was wrong!Had it not been for her, I likely could have been in an even worse situation than I was already in due to the lack of information.Jill also made breastfeeding a breeze!!! Jill has been awesome. I just gave birth to my second child and knew by the third day that I needed help - was having a lot of pain and it wasn't getting better. Jill and I set up a Zoom meeting for the next day and although I was a little skeptical that she would be able to help me via video call, she knew exactly what was happening by the questions she asked me and what she was seeing. She gave me suggestions and asked me for feedback with every adjustment, and provided me with a lot of information. A couple days later I was still having trouble on one side so she met with me again and reminded me of a couple things I had already forgotten and gave me some other adjustments to try. It's been another five days and I feel healed and no more pain. I understand that as my baby grows other issues may come up and I feel like Jill will be able to help me again should I need to reach out. I am so much more confident now about breastfeed - I never really figured it out with my first and ended up mostly hand expressing for a year. My second is doing awesome at it and I'm so pleased. Jill is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and her price is very reasonable. I am so glad to have her as a resource and thankful that she is doing this work!

Jill has been the key to my breastfeeding success. As a first time mom I didn’t know much about breastfeeding or how to know I was doing it right. I thought I had the general concepts down but after having my baby and ending up with very bruised and damaged nipples that made latching excruciating I knew I needed help. I was in literal tears feeding my baby. Jill was available immediately to video call with me and troubleshoot what was going on. Turned out that I needed to address nipples direction and with a few tweaks feeding became much more comfortable and my nipples healed! I was then feeding my baby pain free! When I started to struggle with fast letdown and higher volume that was upsetting baby Jill was there every step of the way to help me navigate through. She is so kind and understanding and has the most soothing voice. She’s a mama herself so she’s been through it too! She is very knowledgeable on many baby and feeding related topics and has been a true gift from God. Not sure what I would have done without Jill’s kind and encouraging words and practical tips and wisdom!

Turned out that it was time for my baby’s feed while I was watching a video Jill had sent me to help me understand some things better, so I tried everything step by step and it went AMAZING! He did exactly what the video said would happen. I also feed him almost exactly the same way as in the video except I do hold him with his neck or shoulders propped on my arm, I thought that was best for giving his head support but I just changed that during feeding him and I immediately noticed a difference with the pain! And when I laid him out across my lap like in the video, for the first time ever he passed gas and burped on his own!! Jill is amazing!!

Jill was amazing she was attentive and understanding she stayed me with through the whole process of being admitted to having my emergency c section. This was a crazy time for me and I am so happy I had her with me she supported me and my husband and did not overstep or get in the way. It was amazing to have someone to support me through surgery recovery and starting breastfeeding with my baby.
