There’s a million different self improvement programs out there, but Neuromastry is a cut above the rest. This is the furthest thing from some program to line the creator’s pockets.I’ve been working with Brock & Cam for about 8 months now, I’m down 60 pounds, prepping for a marathon, working on self love and acceptance, repairing relationships, and running full speed into self employment and succeeding after losing my job right after Christmas.You get out of this program what you put into it. The coaching, counseling, accountability, and the power in the supportive group gives me the permission to improve myself and quiets all the excuses I’ve given myself for years.One of the best things I’ve ever done for my physical, mental, professional, and spiritual health.

Neuromastery has changed my life! This program got me from never exercising to running a half marathon in less than three months. It got me to lose 50 pounds. It helped me process a divorce and find balance in my life. It has been the key to turning my life around and getting on track to the life I want. Brock is an inspiring coach, and the community has helped me feel whole. A great program I’d recommend to anyone.

Working with Brock changed my life. His understanding of how we can mentally limit and sabotage ourselves gave me understanding to address things I've never seen in myself. The work outs were great, and the community is so welcoming! Scheduling was a bit hard for me, but the quality of the one on one sessions was so good that it was more than worth some scheduling mix ups.
