The place is clean and modern. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind. As a walk in patient I waited less than 15 minutes to see the doctor. Dr Załucki made genuine effort to learn about my medical history, answer all my question and pride quality advice. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been there several times. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been friendly. The front desk people, the guy that draws blood, and the doctors. Very well run.

I made a decision to drop in at this walk in clinic. I must have passed this location a million times without noticing to be honest. And trying to get a same appointment with my family doctor is impossible. I would probably have better luck 🍀 seeing Santa Claus or the Easter 🐣 Bunny … seriously 😳.This is where a fantastic walk in clinic works for everyone. I really like the sign in procedure. You don’t have to tell the receptionist why you are here and the whole waiting room can hear 👂. They will direct you to sign in via the iPad device.Here, you will enter your basic information and you simply scan your OHIP card and enter the reason for your visit and then grab a seat. The best part is that you will get a text message when there are just 1-2 patients ahead of you. This allows you to wait in your car etc. if you choose without worrying that you will miss your turn 👍.The doctor was professional and attentive. I am very impressed indeed. I checked in around 2:09PM on a Monday and I was out by 2:33PM.The clinic is huge and very clean. And I didn’t see it at first. But you can access the pharmacy next door through the walk in clinic without having to walk outside … which I did .. DOUH 🤷‍♂️.All in all this was a very good experience 👍z
