The magnesium float tank is incredibly helpful for my back pain. It relaxes spasms, calms the mind and is a good pre-yoga activity because your muscles are so relaxed that it is easier to get deeper into stretches after floating. After getting off of a long, stressful day of work- I would have a ritual of floating in the tank for an hour and going to a yoga class right after- it relieved all the stress and pains in my body from that day! My body felt soooo good. Not to mention- the staff there is amazing, so nice. And it’s also nice to a have all woman chiropractors. All around great place for healing and community!

I did the salt floating pool and it was amazing! I suffer from muscular dystrophy and was so easy to get in and out of the pool. Was sooo calming amd soothing. I felt comfortable and at ease as i was nervous i wouldnt be able to get out. The girl told me every detail and made me have a amazing experience. It was my birthday gift and deff will be coming back!

Best chiropractors I have EVER seen! I have chronic back pain from a leg 3/4” shorter than the other! Traveling on our boat through Hobe Sound… misery brought me in…. Outstanding wellness experience. We love their yoga classes, and really enjoyed our session with Annelein this morning. She worked with us to address our specific physiological issues and we felt fantastic afterward.Dr. Oakley is spot on with her chiropractic treatment solutions, and I always feel relief.
