Was scheduled for labs at 9:30. I didn’t get called back till 10:15. The 9:15 lab appointment before me waited an hour. At 10:00 the 9:15,9:30,9:45, & 10:00 lab appointment customers were all waiting to get called. No explanation on why they were almost an hour behind at 9:15 in the morning. Disappointing

My experience here as been mixed. On one hand, I am super thankful for a place in Amarillo with the option for so many regenerative therapies like PRP, Stem Cells, Ozone therapies, etc. - and want to note that I have received these therapies other places/cities and Well Life is so reasonably priced (the membership is definitely worth it if just for access to these therapies alone). I had very good results getting Osteopathic manual manipulation from Dr. Ehle when he still offered it and getting some additional insights into my health through testing he offered under insurance - he was always very willing to justify "extra" markers as medically necessary for insurance coverage, which I was very grateful for. I am very sad, however, that he has stopped seeing patients. I've also not had great experience with Well Life just from an administrative standpoint - there have been several times I had appointments scheduled that I left work/missed out on income to go in for as I am self-employed (and even waited 30 minutes to an hour for in the waiting room), only to find out that the provider I was scheduled to see was out of the office and no one let me know. Overall thankful for this clinic though.

I'm always seen promptly as well as listened too. Alexis and her nurse are always considerate and I am given options on certain treatments other than just taking medication to handle it. I actually don't mind going to see them vs other physicians I've seen over the years. Your time is respected.

Kate my NP and I love her personality. She gives me alot of great info based on blood tests and her experience. Mika is a personal trainer & thermographer. Every training session was tailored to me.I really believe in thermograms for breast health. Mika does them. She was great at it as well. Front office staff are friendly and upbeat. So, yes I highly recommend Well Life.

I see Alexis there. She has been amazing! She has gone above and beyond for me with everything. If not for her, we wouldn’t have found my cancer as quick the first time and got as prompt treatment as I did. Not only once, but twice she helped with that. Just this May, she helped discover the cancer had come back in another spot, and has been helping me through this again. I owe her more than I could ever repay. Thank God she cares and does so much!!!

I go to Alexis Wright, and have followed her from the clinics she worked at before. She is so thorough. I never feel rushed. With past drs I have gotten either rushed, brushes off, poor bedside manner, or dead ends. She is great relationally, she takes her time and a listens to what I’m saying and takes everything into account. On top of that she goes above and beyond to follow up with me. I couldn’t be more please to have her as my primary care giver.

Great family care!!! We see Alexis and she has literally saved my life two times! Once from anaphylaxis and once from cancer! Not to mention all of the routine well care! She is very connected and can get things done quick! No messing around just get it done and I love that about her the most! Well Life is a great place but I wouldn’t be there without Alexis!
