Good communication ahead of time. Text notification when technician was on his way. Terry was professional, helpful, and quick. This was a plumbing project, which I think is a new addition to Goff. A tad on the pricey side for a 1-hour project, but glad to have it done so quickly.

A service guy came out to cyraq was not working. He looked at it without even touching it and said your fan is bad. He said for $1200.00 he could fix it so we decided to get a second opinion. He said he had 29 years experience and he knew what he was talking about. Since the fan still moved freely we decided it was a capacitor so we ordered one for $12 and fix the problem. These people are a rip-off and very dishonest.
