We have a 23 year old boiler furnace that was leaking from the overflow valve. We had a heating company tell us that the furnace couldn't be fixed, but needed to be replaced. We called Goff and Nick was the consummate professional. He diagnosed our problem, patiently answered all of our questions, performed a thorough service on the furnace and assured us that if we had a problem to be sure to call Goff...he would take care of it. We are very happy with our experience with Goff

Our AC unit stopped working right before a heatwave. I called their office first thing in the morning. They had a tech out the same day I called them, and had the issue fixed quickly. Don was our tech and he was great to work with. I highly recommend!Edit:Updated to 2 stars. I had a membership for routine maintenance on furnace and AC units. I was told they would contact me, but I did not hear from them. When I called in, I was told it was too late.

A belated but well-deserved five-star review! Goff replaced our water heater in July 2026, and we were very pleased with the experience. Their quote was significantly more affordable than two others we received for the same water heater, and the installation went smoothly. Sean, the technician, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. We appreciated the straightforward and fair pricing, knowledgeable service, and quality work. We'd definitely consider Goff again for future plumbing needs!
